Pokemon RBY: The Real Pokemon Games
Ah, the old pokemon games... To me, the old games were pretty much amazing. Anything from RBY to GSC was awesome. I remember RSE when it came, beat all of those, and the most recent DPP, which after a while became boring. I miss the old games, still have the cartridges probably (somewhere), but nowadays I use gameboy emulation on meh computer since I know I own the cartridges. Now I'm waiting for DS emulation and run it own my soon-to-be-owned computer, which has dual NVIDIA cards (I was going to get ATI w/ crossfire, but I couldn't crossover to ATI...), and extreme processor, etc. Even so DS emulation is weak, which is why I'm getting a DSi with Platinum version and the newer zelda game. Probably get an R4 as well. I do play the newer games, I think the competition is great, and the WiFi features are amazing, but after a while...It just gets boring playing a game where you can't even travel to other regions. What they need to also do is update the graphics to...maybe like the graphics of those in the Phantom Hourglass, maybe use the 3D capabilities without Cel Shading. I can't stand the flatness. Then, they need to make thr ability to travel to every region, whilst keeping some sort of level cap--maybe slower leveling so that every region can be explored through a grand storyline with Team Rocket, and the other teams. They can add more pokemon, and then that can be the last game. It would take a while to beat, and the new 3D graphics would be cool eye candy. Then they can do Wii things. Unfortunately this is an unrealistic scenario, because like any great series it must be milked to death. Sad, inconvenient truth.

Fallout 3
What specifically didn't you like about it? I ask because the first time I rented it I hated it, but the second time it wass great. Also, how far did you go? I had to get the sattelite for Radio News Galaxy, and I just hate the gameplay and the monsters. I had it on very easy and it was still a problem. I hardly ever had much ammo, always used a combat knife. I got sick of searching through abandoned metros to my next objective. Only thing I did like were those guys in the cool armor and the helmets. Brotherhood of steel paladins I think. I do want to know what happened about his father. Thats odd. The entire point is to survive rather than get everything at the beginning and be godly. I guess its based on preference, but I find it rather odd that people aren't satisfied with look. And the satisfaction of finding what you needed was great. Also, you don't have to search for your next objective through means of wandering--you could use your pip boy's world map and follow the marker.

What do YOU want in BioShock 2?
I'm sorry but... lol, BS attack :P Multiplayer would actually work here, since your character actually has a face. It would work because you have a helmet, technically a face. Plus, this game is supposed to have body awareness so you can see your feet and stuff. Will be cool. Like I said before though, its a matter of how they will incorporate multiplayer... Also, the Little Sister says that tone in a song like version...Uh, the LS says this exactly: "Mr. B, Mr B...Big Sister doesn't want you playing with me..." Imagine that in a bizarre tommyknocker like tune. But it won't be an "OH SNAP" moment, because you can tell when the Big Sister is coming. The devs said the more bouncers you kill the more the BS meter goes up, which is apparently visible in the menu screen or somewhere in the UI. When you break it she hunts you down. The big oh [cabbage] moment will be fighting her, when you realize its nearly impossible to kill her--or IT IS impossible to kill her.

What do YOU want in BioShock 2?
They said some multiplayer, but its not going to be anything godly and otherworldly, its more focused on single play at the highest priority, so don't hype it up to death, or else disappointment may arise. Who knows, though, they might actuslly incorporate some good co-op or a gorefest multiplayer. Time will only tell. As for going back and forth from before and after, it would be cool to do that, but the real question is how they will incorporate that. Maybe with memories from the Big Daddy? Or using the flashback sequences they used in BioShock? Or will we see sequences with Tenebaum...maybe the radio drama they'll put in will have some clues to the past...

Fallout 3
Leave town for three days, then come back. They should forget all about it, provided you didn't use any mods that alter that (overhaul kits...I don't think any of them do that but just in case). You can even just wait outside of town for three days and go back in.

What do YOU want in BioShock 2?
You forgot to mention shes uber mega ultra sugar coated powerful "Big Sister" with an evil harnessing needle that she stabs you with repeatedly until you fall to the ground and implode and uses her plasmid powers to throw st00f at you and then she takes your atom and runs off with it!!1 Yeah, pretty much read this about a month ago when reading Gameinformer, shes the Big Sister, you're a renegade Big Daddy who has no need to always protect a little sister (so you can harvest them/bring one along to look for angels), the more little sisters you kill, the more of a threat you become to the Big Sister. The drill (and a rivet gun can be used, along with other weapons) can be used in conjunction with plasmids, a new feature that will allow awesome play; a customizable plasmid and weapon-plasmid fusion system; and of course, the Big Daddy's signature shoulder ram. The only bad thing is the drill overheats. lulz. Also, the Big Daddy's all still wander rapture, none have actually...died, just been without little sisters until big sister brought 'em back. This Big Daddy managed (somehow) to live since the beginning. The biggest thing for me in this game will be wandering around under water (literally) and going to familiar areas. Will be eerie to go back to the places you went through as Jack. Plus, it will be interesting to find out how the Big Sister brought everything back to the way it was...After all, according to the story that they told Gameinformer, Rapture was doing fine until the Big Sister showed up (people were living without Atom and then she came and ruined that). Or at least that's what I remember reading one hundred times over. But I'll read it again if I must.

Fallout 3
He'll do just fun on ultra high settings with anti aliasing set to minimum (Maybe just high). I run Fallout 3 with a Radeon 2600 Pro graphics card, 2GB of RAM, and an Intel Pro 2 Duo processor; its a mac desktop. But even so, if it was a high end laptop I bet it would run it just fine. Soon I'm getting ATI Crossfire X Dual graphics with a extreme quad core processor and 4 GB of RAM, and judging by the reviews I've seen with these built into a laptop, people can run nearly any game just fine set to ultra high graphics. He'll probably get away with just that, and even if he doesn't get away with that, he'll do fine on high. My friends dell, the [cabbage]tiest computer off of the face of the earth (An Older NVIDIA card, 1GB of RAM, I can't even remember the processor) and he runs Fallout 3 on High Settings without a problem. And it's a laptop. So dizzle, give the graphics settings a go, Medium looks mediocre for what it will look like on Ultra High or High. And Fallout 3, even Oblivion, are the only games, THE ONLY which I can't stand to play without the highest settings, and I have no idea why. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey guys, this was posted March 29th along with my other requests. Thats okay, though, take your time. It is close to Easter, after all. Fallout 3
Fallout 3 Nexus is your first step. Your second step is to search for your mod and download it. Last, open the Compressed file, go to your Fallout 3 Directory (if you did easy install, its in c:/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3; if you customized it, then go to where you placed it), look for the Data folder, and drop the contents of the Rar into there. However, the contents of the rar should say Meshes, Textures, or esm's, esp's, etc; if it says something else, open it until you find the files (Or better yet, it could say Data, where you just combine it with the other data folder). Click "Yes to all" when prompted. Before I say anything else, install this. Its the Fallout Mod Manager. Install it, then go into it and check the mod boxes. You're all set. Oh, and the last thing you'll need is Archiveinvalidation Invalidated, or else some mods won't work. You won't need the painful archiveinvalidation.txt to enable some mods as well! (Ii.e., retexture packs, MODS THAT ADD LAND, etc.) I'll post again in a bit with my mod list, with every mod I have I recommend.

Fallout 3
Yup. In fact, I'm using the FOOK and an overhaul, plus using a load order which makes my computer have abilities I've never thought would exist on it. I'll post my mod list later. The only thing that I dislike about the autoaxe is the fact that it disappears sometimes when you use it in first person, just turns plain invisible. Its a also a sad time for me. A mod caused all of my melee weapons do 10,000 damage, greatly unbalancing the game. So I restarted, abandoning my last account with many hours on it (not as long as people on here, but progressed and had more items than you would expect from a 75 hour play through). I'm actually doing better than before. Using the complete overhauls that I have collected...not only does the game feel more challenging, alive, and more fun, but its also incredibly detailed with all of the high-res textures that I put in (except the wasteland retextures and the town retextures). This is way more fun than my first playthrough. I'm also doing way better. I got 500 caps from the bomb deactivated, 400 caps from killing silver, sdelling everything that I collected from the vault, stealing Lucas Simms key to the armory, using one of my new companions and BAM--instant 1500 caps. \

You got your grunge tag. I think it worked out pretty well. [img=http://i319.photobucket.com/albums/mm451/saqprets/TechFreak53tag.png] That looks awesome! Thanks. I anticipate the second one for whomever does it, but by damn that looks so cool! :D

Lol, same here. But you can also encounter dogmeat in your travels as a random. Its kinda rare, though. He got his [wagon] handed to him when he thought he could take on a super mutant behemoth, lol. Alright, back to renovations on the mod...

Fallout 3
You should be able to. When you install it onto the computer, just ask it to install on the external. The minimum Graphics card is a NVIDIA 6800 or ATI x850, with 1 GB of RAM, and at least a 2.4 GHz processor. That would run it at low specs. Anything higher could run it...Higher.

Nothing at all. :) And Dizzle, that idea is immense. I wrote it down, will be a cool quest to write about. Thanks! :)

Fallout 3
That's why we're aiming to keep the mod the same, but also bring back a lot of the black comedy the old Fallout games had. Not too serious, but not to idiotic. Plus, we're aiming to have a couple of memorable characters, one of whom is named Demitri (a so far hilarious, one liner joke God with perfected sniper skills [whom is also a companion]) , which we are basing off of our scripter, jackdawn5542. Another character we hope to be memorable is based off of our model maker and major voice actor, internet pseudonym Mr. Ford. Like the rest of the division, he's a real-life friend. In-game, his character is named after his real life name, so I won't name him yet--however, we aim to make him an incompetent 18-year-old leader, with comedy to boot--which is all I'm saying at the moment. Also a fun little tidbit are the names AESOP and EDEN. ;) What PC specs do you have? The minimum requirements are an ati video card x850, or NVIDIA 6800. The other problem arises when you'd have to buy the game if you could run it on your computer at low settings; after all, this is still a mod where you would throw into the Data folder in the Fallout3 folder; that is unless Bethesda became interested and wanted to put it on a disk...Until then, its a mod. Its kinda ironic, since the Lotus Vigilante Division (our Dev team name at the moment lol) just decided to release a free public beta of it when it was nearly complete, defecting the original storyline with a shorter one just to find bugs. Then, we were going to have a private beta with some members of our choice with a bit of the new storyline for more bugs, and finally release it to the public. Its a shame that we couldn't make a mod converter for the 360. Or at least we can't yet, but we'll see what we can do. : The forums and website will be made this weekend, and anyone can come to discuss this mod or even make their own. Have a fun little community basically. So little tiny reveals in this post, and we're aiming for the mod to be fun; thinking of it now, I'm probably going to make a thread about this soon. In the meantime, looking through some of the written script that I have written, I've stumbled upon a really good line by one of the villains, plus lines I wrote for the civil war sims and stuff. But this line stood out a lot. The other one's I looked at for a second were funny, including a line that we thought of for Demitri today. They're really funny, and some lines stood out besides this one, but this one is pretty plot critical. We'll take care of NPC's writing. We'll collaborate, like we'll do with most of our members that want to help. So thanks a bunch! This applies to anyone. Oh, and TechFreak, We're going to boot the forums this weekend, correct?

Fallout 3
LOL at the 100 thousand dollar comment. Reminds me of the Garrys mod team. At the moment, though, we aren't exactly focusing on making a profit. We just want to expand the game into something massive. However, if Bethesda did get word of it and wanted to make the 360 version/wanted to make the mod official, it would be an amazing feeling for all of the hard work that we put into it. Oh, and by the way, we're gonna need beta testers.

Fallout 3
That's the idea! Post Iraq war events will be shown in history in the 2010-on. But we want to be sure to be historically accurate to some extent...but the fun part will be the effects in this society and the aftermath. It's in planning nevertheless. :)

Fallout 3
While that may be true, you have to take into consideration of some of the structures in Washington in the game. Take the museum of technology, for instance. That was created in 1979, so even if the Fallout universe was stuck in the '50's vibe, it still had the architecture of today and even more advanced technology than today. Of course, like previous posts, that's not to say that the architectural style is different, which we took into heavy consideration as it is. Everything is in motion as of far. Now, Lenticular, your post is amazingly and frighteningly accurate to what we planed. You have actually predicted a lot of the ideas that we have included in the story. There is a war. There are massive holdups of humanity, estranged from vaults and forced to take refuge somewhere...underground. ;) However, also remember that the world of Fallout is in the vibe of the '50's. Everyone remember: the government barred out society from the threats of the wars, and kept them under the "nuclear fear" ideal so people would participate in the vault projects. The nuclear family--giving the people new technology--all part of a plan by the big, bad government. About the architecture again...I found the original mapping, and things like Trump tower aren't there, but we took a logical approach off the idea that the Museum of technology was built despite the '50's vibe, and thus some architecture could still exist...By meaning, even though the '50's vibe existed, our time flowed as normal, and our 2000-2009 and on events happened leading up to the war. Our approach was to include the twin towers, moreover the freedom towers that are under construction now, in their built/nuked forms, plus mentions of the Iraqi war, plus some small mentions in current events. We believe that we can integrate it into the Fallout universe as Bethesda did with some architecture, its just we're taking a historical approach this time :P . The question is how to include the freedom towers into a cool little storyline. Well, we thought about it, and after I assigned projects to everyone, we're creating multiple simulations around the New York wastes, which one is plot critical and some are memorials. The Twin Tower sim is one of the memorials. Our build so far throws you into the day of the plane crashes and you are a fireman in 9/11, saving people in the towers with an axe and a fire extinguisher. Other sims in development are The Revolution, the civil war, World War 1, World War 2, Vietnam, and a sim in tribute to Fallout Van Buren, which is trying to get to a vault before the bombs fall. They're in development, one is plot-critical, and the rest are side- quest with extra storyline. To integrate events that happened today we believe is a good idea, right TechFreak? Everyone, the noobish poster above is actually the Co-leader/Admin of the mod itself, and was pretending to be someone else until I saw his name and he called, lol. Anyway. Most current events of pre-war news will be more important (since that is what the current news was), but we want tributes and familiar sights, like Washington D.C. is frighteningly similar to the real one as well. Again, we're going to attempt to take a historical approach, and we'll abandon it if it doesn't work, but so far it works. Also to be included is new armors, cool new weapons (rad gun anyone? How 'bout a new pip-boy menu and texture? Or how bout a new targeting system outside of VATS...) and of course side-quests and normal quests, bunches of them. This will be massive, and it will be fun. That's what we want, and that's what we'll build. :

Fallout 3
Funny that you mention that! The Empire State building as it is now in the mod is pretty much a wreak because we assumed it would be indirectly hit with a nuke, but slightly damaging it nonetheless. I'm taking note of that idea, and I'll consult my scripter and friends. Speaking with my lead, he loved that idea a lot. I'm taking notes, guys! Thanks for your suggestions! (We'll have a forum and website up soon as well)

Fallout 3
I like it! *writes it down* Seriously, though. We are open to ideas for quests and stuff. I think Trump tower is in the mod, in fact...my friend has the initial blue prints and the map.

Fallout 3
I was looking for it on LIVE. Any word on when it'll be back? I wants it nao!!! Since the .esm or one of the .bsa's were critically corrupt, they might not come back with it 'till tomorrow. If not then, then tonight. It should be back by tomorrow though. Thats my belief. My friends and I, combined with a team of many, many other people, a secluded recording area, 3DS Max programs, scripters, and an extensive storyline, we're recreating New York. :D The name itself is in development, but the obvious name for it at the moment is Fallout: New York. We're going to do the entire New York area, so its going to take a while. We'll have beta's and stuff as well. It's basically WIP stages, and we're going to release some teasers as well. I believe it will be fun. With the content that is in it, I think people will enjoy themselves, like new simulations and full voice acting. Plus characters based off of my real life friends and stuff. I fact, we have a lot of the land done, plus new weapons and such. I guess I'll post the features and stuff later on this thread, or a separate one. Whichever is more convenient, if people are interested. :)
