  1. maybe your looking in the wrong places :P this problem might be solved another way heres what ive come to know from my experiences: i recently downloaded limewire and was playing runescape, the game however kept lagging and logging out, so annoying! so i was thinking, nothing is different except the fact that i have limewire..should i delete it? so im thinking, and look down and see that its running, so i exit out, and bam! perfect game again what i'm saying here is maybe try to exit out unnessacary programs, such as limewire and various other things you might have going, and see if that works
  2. oh wow, well i wont be doing that then :P I think ill just dust off my slayer staff and head back to barrows, i hear guthans prices are on the rise ^_^ thanks for the advice
  3. that is true, i was actually planning on just doing all the smelting at the blast furnace, just find a crowded world where people still use it, note my ore and take some cash, go in, buy my ore back, smelt it, when it comes out just take the bars to the anvils and smith them there, seeing as knives stack i'd never need to go to bank =] plus with furnace, 100% smelt rate with no rings required
  4. ok, so i have about 5mil to spend, and i wanna use it to make even more money, i've done some calculations on knives and it came up to make alot of money, but i want to know does it really? i havent worked with knives before so im not sure how the prices are heres my calculations, please let me know if something is wrong, cuz the numbers didnt seem right to me 5,000,000 divided by 100 = 50,000 ores i smelt them all using ring of forging then i smith them all 50,000 times 5 = 250,000 knives [each bar makes 5 right?] 250,000 times 35 = 8,750,000 gp
  5. well first off, you cant buy more bank space, well..unless you wanna pay for members then technically you pay for bank space :P but for scarf/wooly hats, you can destroy and talk to merchant in draynor square and he'll give them back, same for your skelle suit, the zombie head can be dropped, and to get back, just go and dig in the lumbridge swamps where you got it, that way you save bank space and get your items back when you want them =]
  6. everyone pretty much answered this for ya but i did it with full addy and an addy short i think lol [i was cheap/poor] around the same stats, maybe lower and it was like 5 minutes of battle, pure adrenelin i was so worried i would die lol i think your only worry should be your name, flamable players combined with fire breathing dragons usually dont mix  good luck though!
  7. merchanting willows? buy for 25-30 each, and sell for 35 each on forums
  8. lol joe you just gotta keep at it :P im going through a dry streak myself though -.- best thing ive gotten in the past like 15 runs was a d med [woot 390k] but im not stopping :P i just got 70 mage so im happy, owning it up with ahrims =]
  9. lol, i decided to take it to barrows for good luck, still nothing, im on my 4th or 5th run with it now
  10. depends on how much you got to spend to merchant
  11. ya i checked it out, i think it's funny that it hasnt been updated since it came out, so it still shows the old rewards :P
  12. Thank you icecube, and fire giants sounds like a good idea too, thanks
  13. so you like fighting? so you like millions? do what i love to do BARROWS! yes, i do barrows religiously, its amazing anyways great money! [depending on drops] its freee!!! [if done correctly] its fast! [about 15-30 mins a run, depending on a few variables] and did i mention its free? well i lied, you actually make money from doing it, which makes it, not only a money maker, but its free skilling! -le gasps- wanna talk about it, add me in game, cuz well..im running barrows as we speak :P good luck with whatever you decide to do though
  14. i wouldnt really know, i havent cut wood since i got my rabbits foot, i havent even really worn it :P but my guess would be that it's like a ring of wealth for woocdutting, enhancing chances by a little bit, but not much and a strung foot would be a necklace in my book just by the fact you wear it around your neck, besides, i dont think you could make a rabbit foot necklace or ammy with a gold bar and string :P
  15. since im having such a great day, and recently found myself in some cash, add my in game, hit me up, meet me in ardy, and ill give ya 200k
  16. sell armour, use money to buy willows 25-30 each, looking on forums for buyers, or selling at draynor world 1, sell them all for 35ea 33k bought at 30 ea, and sold for 35 will be 1,155,000 gp [1.1] 40k bought at 25 ea, and sold for 35 will be 1,400,000 gp [1.4] so you have a good range of making 100k to 400k, do this at most 10 times and you'll have 1mil, i'd say just do it until you have 1mil + the amount of money you want now, buy armour again and your good first rule of making money look at a store, take..burlington coat factory, they buy in bulk all their clothes from other people that made those clothes whos making more money? the slaves working for pennies a day actually DOING the work or the store just sitting back, sipping tea selling their clothes, NOT doing work ....exactly! the 1st rule of making money, buy someone else's work, so you dont have to
  17. ya, i think ill stay at ogres, but does anyone know how much exp 100 points gets for a selected combat skill? like, whats the calculations for it
  18. alright, well ive wondered this for a while, can you use a cannon during a pest control game? i've never seen one before, and im guessing it would be major exp [hence my wanting to do it :P] but if you cant, i understand, too much exp but another question, what would be faster exp, cannon at ogres in lanthas camp, or just melee pest control with whip + torags for 100 points for ranging?
  19. macro'ing is using a program from another site, that plays the game for you, basically its just an auto clicker that does monotone tasks for you, while your away not gonna lie, i tried a macro once, it was for mining when i was a noob, i did it for like 5 minutes, not really worth it, unless your going to leave your computer on for hours while your away, but i felt bad so i stopped :P and wine of zammy scam, dunno, but im guessing just selling regular wines in place of wines of zammy regular wine = like 5gp zammy wine = 1k ea so ya, thats what i think about the scam, not sure though
  20. ya same here, i wanna know what it is =]] i may even buy it :P
  21. hmm... not sure, ive seen people buying/selling verc's flail for around 550k, so 600k for it might not be good to merchant it, i tried buying one for 600k maybe a week or two ago and couldnt sell for anything more than 600k, so i spent like 45minutes for no profit =/ i dont know though, i havent merchanted since i got guthans and starting working on slayer good luck with everything
  22. just do what i do :P i call it, the smurf method, it goes something like this 'oh dude, i saw smurfette last night after the party' 'oh ya?' 'ya dude, she smurfed me in the smurfing parking lot!' 'no smurfing way!' or well..something along those lines lol thats some family guy action for ya though :P ...i hope no one found that offensive though =]
  23. awe darn =/ be poor and get some monks :P Im being, like, semi poor, im using ghostly robes, which was free ^_^ but had to do a quest to get them
  24. Ya, a barrows EVENT =]] -crowd oohs and aahs- anyways, im kinda bored doing barrows, so i was wondering if anyone wanted to come out with me? so you think, oh well, i dont really much transport to barrows, well, thats fine! I'm offering full use of my house, [chapel and teleport to canifis] just gotta go when i'm there so now maybe your thinking oh sweet, i just dont have any p pots, well...little ole me here, i kinda bought too many..450 to be exact, so i'll sell for 7k [what i bought for] if you need any so if you want, come to world 91, add me and lemme know if you wanna come, it'll be fun, or at least a break from work
