There is unbalance, it's in the upper levels, not lower levels. Melee is only slow if you are using a b-axe or 2h, there are speeds for weapons, scimmy is fast, thats why it's the primary wep of pkers right now, but for those with maxed out strength, its a b-axe or 2h, because they have a much Higher hit range, using pot and prayer, they can hit for 33 in f2p I believe (if they use a rune 2h, but I have to use the calc. again) Rangers can have varying speeds too, comp bows are slower than long bows, and long bows are slower than short bows, are you starting to see what I'm getting at? there is a difference in the hitting abilities mostly (except mage, they have one speed of hitting, and they only go up so high for hit amounts in f2p, but right now, it is not high enough to compete with melee)

along with this, wouldn't there have to be some level of risk, like the bow snapping/breaking, and hurting you, then you have to pay to get it repaired, or you could repair it yourself, if you were a high enough fletching level?

it can be new and improved, the improvements make it new, and no, we are not about to start arguing over the title :)

pretty nice, but it could still at least use like a little higher defense from stab and slash, maybe 5 or 6??? Because currently, mages are supposed to be weak against mage, but that makes them stronger versus range than they are melee

Bumping again, and thinking, how about for bonuses that were not mentioned be given stats of plus 15 everthing, except for ranged which would have like minus 15 or something, can be tweaked if needed

Wouldn't this just be considered an expansion of magic? Like ancient magic or something

1. its f2p you meant to say, not p2p 2. Who ever said anything about giving all the updates to f2p?? 3. Why would someone say that 4. On this Idea, there are limits 5. How many times have I had to hear the "you don't pay, you don't get anything", thats been refuted numerous times, because f2p do pay something, indirectly, through ads

dude, you copied and pasted those exact words in like 10 other threads..... Thats because all he does is spam threads really, he sees something with f2p in it, and he goes in there and spams it, he doesn't have a real point, hes just being rude and trying to boost his own post count, the only way he can prove me wrong is by paricipating in a positive and constructive way in this and other threads, or to just say that he doesn't support, and gives a valid reason, not something thats been used around 300,000 times (don't even know how many times really).

Multiple things to say. Pyrex and holierthanu, the "f2p don't pay they don't get anything" isn't worth diddily crap anymore, so don't use it, and yes, f2p does pay a little, we never said as much as members, but they pay, and whay they pay is worth at least one update a year, and also, making something members for mages available to f2p is not the only option here. And furthermore, if f2p melee and range were to complain, it would be stupid, seeing as they already have multiple sets of armor, I'm a f2p hybrid, and I never have said about melee or ranged, now have I?? You know why, it's because there is absolutely nothing wrong with them! People like you only want to sit there and say how we don't deserve anything, how we always are complaining, but so far the only one I've really seen complaining is you, you wanna cry and complain??? Ok, Now opening suggestions for two things, a new spell, and bonuses that aren't listed for the armor. And Jiraiya, I'm on a school comp, and it doesn't display sigs for some reason, so I'm going to get to that later, as I can't see it now, or I'll just edit my post.
