Yes it's right above the cave entrance on top of Trollheim mountain. If you enter the coordinates into the Treasure Locater popup in Tip.it's Treasure Trails Guide it will show you the spot. Be prepared to fight the level 108 Sara Wizard when you dig in the right spot.

You don't have to pick up the saphire but it's a good way to get to the exact spot to dig. Turn off auto retaliate if you keep attacking the spiders.

I just did this clue. Found it the first spot I dug.

It's a brown spot you be looking for. Plug the co-ordinates into the locater and should see it.

Yes you pull the teleport lever in the house in Ardougne to get there. After you slash the web it is right in front of you. Be prepared to fight a level 68-74 Zammy wizard when you dig. Use protect from magic and he should be fairly easy. And be wary of PKers in that area.
