wouldn't fishing monks do a little of each, there are people to talk to and there good xp plus they sell for 300ea (i think) and there close to a bank and fast

yes, you get them from the culimancer's chest, though they are untradeable and they arn't called dragon gloves, they just are infered that they are. (must have done all miniquests of rfd, but not beat bosses, to buy)

well i dont have a skill cape but i do have a quest cape. the reason i wanted it is because i love doing quests (hate skills) and its always fun being called a "quest noob" but that ever sence i got the cape itself no one calls one
