260k is including the smith and magic xp, I know its a bad way to present the xp rate. Generally using the total xp/hour is just a way to get views. It should be noted that the xp/hour of mining gold ore didn't change at all with the release of EOC. The only increase in xp/hour in the last few years is from the quickhop update.
