I'm not unhappy with my own training btw. Btw, every skill cape you aim for or the maxed cape or completionist cape are more or less trying to raise your social status within RuneScape as a player. You're a noob unless you're maxed is more or less the idea these days. The truth of the matter is, you're a noob if you need to find ways to cheat to get a pretty little number. You don't deserve any pride or respect for sht "achievements". I'm curious as to your reasons for even playing RS or skilling to begin with, and for maintaining such gameplay. If music were available legally for free, would you pay to download it? I've done so on multiple occasions. It's not that foreign of an idea. I don't think you understand what I'm saying. I'll give you an example. There's a music group I enjoy called Knife Party. Their initial EP was released on iTunes for $0.69 per song, as that is the least iTunes allows you to charge, save for a free one-song promotional deal. The entire EP was, however, available on their Facebook page for free. My point was that it would be pointless to purchase the songs when they are available for free, just to say you worked the hardest or put the most into your music library. Music was a bad example to use, since buying/not buying it isn't about personal achievement, it's about how much you respect the artist.

Is it really that much better considering with runite bolts it only has 527 damage? Even a dragon 2h crossbow or crystal bow does over double it's damage. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but crossbows have been one of the few things I'm disappointed with in beta. Faster, dual wield, better abilities, etc.

Except the two types of efficiency are allocative and productive efficiency. Allocative deals with how resources are used and productive deals with how well they're used.

I think someone at Jagex made a spelling error that got auto-corrected when they first released the update, cause the robe pieces are "Subjugation" now. I've noticed this too, bought a pair on release day (now rising in price, mind you :-w ), and saw Subjection instead of Subjugation. ALSO seeing as tomorrow is September 8th, is there still going to be a Bandos mass even with no official thread and less than two days of notice? The thread is posted and the event will be Sunday. I can't even read this discussion because I cringe every time someone uses "efficiency" incorrectly. It should really only be used with a percentage. There are other cases, but some form of the word "producivity" is always better in those cases. Carry on.

Ehh I wouldn't bother with it. You still have to gather slime, I think, so it would still be slow. Even if you didn't have to, it still might not be the best idea.

Rapier would still be a better investment post-eoc. It's the same dps, except it's a stab weapon. It's by far the best stab weapon, whereas slash's 2nd best is a whip, which is decent. Nvm, korasi is the same as a whip. Obviously a chaotic crossbow would be the best chaotic.

They're less useful, but not useless. I wouldn't recommend making more than a few hundred, though.

Nobody is debating that. It's the methods he used to get there. I honestly doubt he would have been ahead of Elias, Elvis and maybe JD if he hadn't received donations. Have you compared their xp rates in the nonbuyables?

Yes, no one has come close to his level of productivity, and taking donations is quite productive.

I don't think any of those people could ever accomplish what Suomi's accomplished, with or without donations.

He'd probably have all of them. Or maybe he'd still be a bit behind. Merching is extremely lucrative, and 5b xp can be funded fairly easily. Donations just save a little time and effort (relatively).
