The item I treasured most back in the day was my Ghostspeak amulet. I wore that thing constantly. I can't remember what happened to it, though. :-k I probably died with it on and lost it.

This has got me imagining some sort of RuneScape PETA. They'd picket the tanner in Al Kharid and the Crafting and Cooking guilds, try to expose the horrible conditions of the chicken farm, and pour red dye on players wearing leather or dragonhide. Noone would take them seriously.

Pick up the cowhides, not the meat.

My interest in the game has wavered a bit, but I wouldn't say I regret playing.

I got the best one today: "y u wering pink skrt? ur a guy!" and a few variants thereof. 6 or 7 times in half an hour. Each time I replied: "I like to wear a pink skirt and a tiara when I'm skilling because it makes me feel like a pretty princess." That sent them running.

I don't think it'll make that big a difference. I doubt the majority of people who'd surf mtv will be looking for an mmo to play. There'll probably be some people who click the link out of curiosity, but most of them will get bored and quit before they do any real damage. Oh, and "Level up your life"? :? Worst. Slogan. Ever. :XD:

If I'm in a good mood and they have a legitimate request, I help them. If not, I follow them and do the "dancing" thing, which results in them running away.

Hello. I'm shroomie2k4, my friends call me shroomie. I've been playing RS on and off for a few years (not really sure how long) and a little more seriously for the past year or so, always f2p. None of my stats are very high, mostly because I have the attention span of a hyperactive squirrel. I've used Tip.it almost since I started, but only recently joined the forums.
