  1. Indeed, there are maggots, from your cold dead corpse if you call us that again! ha ha! Joking Have fun, I quite enjoyed my stay when I went to Virginai, don't forget to try some of their ginger ale!
  2. Very nice, finally got around to reading it today, Legend indeed. Please keep writing! =D>
  3. Sounds like a good idea, evil turning good, despite how sacrilegious it is. However, you speling is not top par, if you require a spell check, why don't you get Firefox? Just type in get Firefox into Google and you should get it. When I can't think of a name for my story I usually use the name of the main character, i.e. 'Gil Colin Graham', or 'Simoun Simula' (not written on these forums but you'll see them eventually) or the main struggle i.e. The 'Fullmetal Wars', or 'Tragedy of the Keyblade wars' However, it is all up to you, but I kindly request you not use chat speak, you will be accepted here much more readily if you don't.
  4. In a skyscraper in New York... "We'll make you talk... not even a powerfully minded Geek like you can stand up to this probing." The subject was a geek, proven by a face covered in technology, he was in the beginning stages of being a Zealot, the leaders of the Geek military. He looked at them wordlessly, they couldn't pick up his thought waves, he wasn't developed enough. "We'll extract that info some way or another... We'll crank it up a notch. Ready? Start it up!" The subject writhed in extreme pain, but soon, it dissipated, and he recalled his true purpose and abilities. Spitting out that which prevented his talking, he spoke in a very sardonic tone. "I see you pansies haven't changed your methods... too predictable, no matter. I've sent a beacon to my friends, they will be here momentarily." A soldier ran up and reported to the leader. "Sir, to of our Shawnee Helicopters just got up and blew up the others... We need to move the subject away from the outside... argh!" The subject, one Shinka, by self acclamation, had got up and produced a grenade from his nether regions. Pulling out the pin, he jumped behind the now overturned table. He then jumped out into the open air and fell. A Shawnee Helicopter rose up and Shinka was standing on the rail. "Ha ha! Suckers! We now have complete access thanks to the bug you tried to plant in me! All your data are belong to us!" And with that last taunt, he was away. He had to get back to the main base, as 'Emperor Geek' he had a great responsibility in the Geek confederacy, or whatever they called it, namely, keeping it together. --------------- Cheshka finally made it to his destination and was greeted by a rather happy female of indistinguishable age. "Greetings sir <3! I hope your journey was pleasant?" "It wasn't. And stop the act. I know you are a part of the Program. I know because all incarnations of the Program look ageless, whether attractive or not, I sense you can't age." The female Program suddenly changed tone. "Lets talk, inside... then you can destroy me with cause." Cheshka did not want to cause a scene, so he followed her. No doubt you realize that I am a deparate portion of the Program..." "I do not distinguish." "Well, I want to tell you about a more powerful Program and just as bad. he resides under Cheyenne mountain, in a government facility. Please destroy it! You can destroy me now..." Cheshka did so with a certain relish. But this tip could not be ignored... sighing, he crosschecked L's locater with his new information, a piece of the Program was at least skulking around there, he had better destroy that too. He arrived much sooner than expect thanks to a passing train. For some odd reason he was beginning to feel very lonely. Lonely like he had so long ago before he had met Hylean. He sat down and rested his mind. He felt tired of fighting, even felt like giving up... then he felt himself dying. He got up with a shock! L had set the nanites to respond to his feelings! he cursed L under his breath. No rest would ever some to him while anything physical of the Program remained. All the more reason to get it over with. ---------- The Program outside the mountain was destroyed easily. Suddenly, an outside influence contacted his mind. "Greetings, uncle Cheshka, I want you to meet me."
  5. "What! ugh... shouldn't have jumped up like that..." Link put a hand on her shoulder, allowing himself to caress her stomach, where their child was. He then waved the messenger out, and followed. "Lord Link... sorry, again, Link, the sages say that when Ganon was able to mass that army, some years back, that his spirit was able to escape, and, taking a human form, was able to gather an army yet again, a shadow is his second in command. They will be here tomorrow already. The elder King of Hyrule has already made preparations... if you would only lead us..." Link nodded, still not speaking. The King of Hyrule, Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule, once retired, now acting as king of Hyrule, he was an ancient man, even then, by some strange magic, the three goddesses cursed him to see the end of Hyrule, but blessed him that he would help in its revival. "Link! Finally, I was looking for you. I need you to lead our troops you are the only proper soldier among them, you need to do this. Your accident all those years ago has only increased you sword skills, please do this, if not for Hyrule, then Zelda, and your heir." Link merely nodded then looked out. The chill he felt was thought then a bad omen, but he ignored it. He had been given one more quest. Tomorrow arrived. Ganon's army had already assembled.
  6. Zelda was sitting next to Link as the battle rage. He was attempting to get his aim back. Zelda just sat there, watching him. After failing to destroy the target yet again, Link brought his sword out and used Jump strike on it. He shook his head, no more adventuring for him, if he can't even use a Hookshot. He sat down by Zelda and let her lean her head on his shoulder. A messenger ran up and delivered his report. "Milady! I bring news from the sages. They have tightened their seal on Ganon and he can no longer communicate, or even see, into this world. But he was able to send out a powerful spirit clone, as the sages tightened the seal, they had to loosen it a tiny bit. That is all, I take my leave." Another messenger came up, close on the heels of the second. "Milady, Lord Link... sorry, Link, the enemy is falling apart, they are destroying each other! A core group is retreating, we are making efforts to track them. It is a glorious day for Hyrule!" Zelda got up, brushing herself down, she helped Link get up and they started to walk toward the walls. Looking over, they saw the field strewn with the bodies of their enemies, and very few of the soldiers. Zelda looked at him. "We won, yet again. Why don't you actually relax... and maybe marry me, since it seems that you don't want to say anything toward or against it!" Link blushed, then nodded. *A random amount of years later, more than 5 years later* "My Queen! Ganon's come back!"
  7. The first mate of the Executor and Fortress Mind met on the battle field. "Hello, George." "hello. Hows things?" "Not bad, regret your decisions?" "Not yet." "We should get going then... How's Lux?" "Still trying to decide if she loves or hates me and the captain... I'll never understand her." "Heh, and no mention of me. Thank goodness she's forgotten." "I wish she would forget about me." "You guys do realize that you are also considered rebels too, for deserting the UEA Apace Navy." "We don't care, Captain Phillip never cared, its all political now, it can't stand up forever. But it will outlast those who stand here. I should know, the fleets have seen what Phillip has done, and they will soon have to decide for themselves. What is the real perfect society... Advancement and win-lose situations or staying where you are and society rots with 'fairness'." "I suppose you already know what the answer is, then?" "... Captain Phillip may come around, but he is a man bound by the Space Navy contracts. He has 2 more years of service, and he cannot lightly cast that aside and retain his honor. I think that we may talk again after this time has past. Whether still as enemies or friends... not again for two years." They both nodded to each other, and departed, ordering their respective crews to retreat, taking their unconscious captains with them.
  8. Feel the light of Christianity and bask in the Joy that is the Lord! Anyway... Have Fun! lucky...
  9. Ooh! how About you write about like... a dragon, or something like that suddenly starts to trash the library, then everyones like... "wrong people to mess with!" and we own that sucker! Anyway... That'd be cool.
  10. not done yet... to tired to write anything good tonight...
  11. Greetings Fellow writers! this is my sad contribution to the Zelda series. This is the tale of the first Link's death. We know that the first Link was the Hero of Time (ocarina of Time and Majora's mask) and died before he could produce either 1. a suitable heir to his blade old enough to master it before he died. (we know at least, Zelda married, otherwise the Kings/Queens of Hyrule wouldn't exist now would they?) or 2. a heir to his blade at all. I am going to assume 1. As such, this will be highly fictionalized, and not canon to the Zelda universe. Though it pretty well could be. We'll see the sages, an appearance of Ganon, how Link (O.O.T. remember, not Twilight Princess or Wind Waker) lost an eye (take a look at the wolf and hero in the Hidden techniques teaching mini quest. I believe it is his right, both in wolf and human skeleton form is missing) and how he eventually, prematurely dies. The goddesses shall also appear, and why the Triforce of Courage continually finds new owners will be apparent. Also, why Ganondorf made such a change from being completely evil in OOT to being slightly less evil and very Philosophical in Wind Waker. Which I consider the next one with any in depth Ganon action. Also, I will be exaggerating certain aspects, so certain fans (you know who we are) will excuse my author's license. However, I will hold true to as much of the Zelda Universe as is possible/I remember. So without further waffling... mmmm... waffles... Legend of Zelda, Time's requiem. Time is eternal, or so some say. But heroes transcend time and become legend, this is the story of the greatest legend that existed to Hyrule. He was the greatest swordsman in all the lands, he had set the land at peace. Growing up after he had destroyed Ganon under the tutorship of Impa, he remained hidden, and traveling, while he slept in the Temple of Time, awaiting the age to be able to fight and destroy Ganondorf, then self styled King of Hyrule (and soon to be the world, if his designs were realized) But he defeated him, and Zelda sent him back to his time, to grow into a stronger man than before. Ganon was defeated. He was sealed by the sages. He was locked away for eternity, or so they thought. He was not able to move, or even speak, but he sent his thought out to such minions and creatures he could sway. And he gathered an army. "Link! we need your help!" Zelda contacted him telepathically. "Ganon has somehow mobilized an army, they're marching on the temple, I'm teleporting you here now." Link arrived on the battlement, looking over the approaching army. "All things are prepared. Lord Link... sorry, Link. I hope you will have a plan... Of course." Link turned from the soldier, merely nodding at what the soldier said. They knew their work. He was a soldier, not a leader as they would have. The sword he was given, in his travels, felt new and strong. Longer than the master sword, with a similar shape, its biggest difference was the hilt, darker color than blue, somewhat between black and brown, and more rectangular. He looked back at the approaching army. One of them stood on a rock and brazenly stared back at him. Dark Link! Shadow Link! Evil Link! He had thought him destroyed. But he couldn't just go charging in after his evil self, Zelda wouldn't approve... As if queued Zelda appeared, putting a hand on Link. "They came without warning. Dekus and Moblins from Lost Woods... Fire Dancers from the Goron mountain... the list goes on for a long way. I need you to fight for me. They sent out a challenge, to come out and fight... we won't do it, but they have Lon lon Ranch and a lot of other places under their control. We need you to fight for us and defeat their champion. Please, I know you seem to save us all, but please, continue to help us!" She squeezed his shoulder lightly and he nodded. He was not cocky, but he knew he could defeat anything that would possibly come out. Besides, Zelda asked him nicely, he couldn't do otherwise. She turned and walked away, then, faced him. "Please delay them long enough for the sages to figure something out... Link... ... nothing..." He went out at the appointed time and was surprised by the legendary swordsman/teacher of Clock Town, who taught him a few moves during his sojourn there. "Heh! Didn't expect to see me. Before you say anything (if you ever do) I would like to say... DIE!!!" A great scimitar, similar in build to the Gerudo weapon, except, perhaps, four times bigger, appeared in his hands and he swung it at Link. Link clashed with him over and other, until they both were bloody and cut up. "I see I taught you too well, who else has taught you? ... Fine!" He attacked once more. Link met his attack, and he was knocked down. "I say it again! DIE!" He stabbed the blade down, but Link was quick and he stabbed his sword into the man, striking him through the arm and neck, killing him. The sword was stopped, but the grip loosened, and the blade pierced his right eye as he tossed the carcass off. Getting up, he used his sword as a cane, he limped into the castle and collapsed into the arms of Zelda, who gently let him down and cleaned his eye while the medics rushed from their positions. Crying, she thought him dead, or near to it. "Link! Please! Forgive me, I did not think... I ... You... I did not think you could have had this happen... Why would the goddesses allow this? I ... I thank... I think... I love you! Please! forgive me for sending you out there!" She stopped crying when Link, who was only momentarily blinded gently held her hand in his and smiled. The medics and doctors came and took him away. He had other wounds than his eye to be attended to.
  12. Gregor left the strange black shadow thing and the others... it wasn't his fight. Walking in the opposite direction, he came across the remains of the battle field. Machine parts littered everywhere. Suddenly, a blade was across his throat. "You are not a 300, yet... you bear the helm and weapons, albeit one more. Who are you? Answer me!" Gregor remembered a Judo move he learned as a prerequisite to becoming an 'assistant' to the scientists. "Gregor, I signed up as an assistant to the scientists and they turned me into this. I don't want to fight, but I will react to any and all threats! Remove yourself or I will do it for you!" "You talk like one of us, yet I sense you are mostly untrained in our ways. You aren't a match. I will assume you are a prototype..." Gregor flipped the man over his shoulder, barely avoiding the blade, which scratched the bottom of his helm, nearly getting through it. The man was wearing the same outside armor and weapons, and he had a shield. "I told you my name, and yours?" "I am the 294th in precedence among the 300, be lucky you do not face someone higher. I was here to retrieve a weapon." "Makes no matter." Gregor held out his hand and the masumune flew to his hand. And he held it at ready, taking out a gun he aimed it at his opponent. "You fight dishonorably!" "Whatever, you are superior in every way. I do this to ensure my survival." They leapt at each other Gregor slashing at the sword while firing at the shield, attempting to distract the soldier long enough to ready his anti-aircraft laser. Firing it, he hoped to at least phase the opponent long enough to run away. Instead, it did nothing to him. The 300 member laughed then knocked his gun away with his shield, dropping it, he punched Gregor, sending him flying into the wall. Gregor got up. Darn it! Even if he was more powerful, the mere gulf between their battle experiences could not be equalized. Time to run! The 300 soldier let him go, he was not powerful enough to worry even the weakest among them. Finishing his task, he left the area for the base of their operations.
  13. Phillip continued to look at Vincent, inwardly seething at the loss of the small ships, but happy that Vincent had stayed to meet his maker. The energy signatures could be traced. Vincent, apparently, could not, and he was a more pressing matter. "Perhaps we meet in battle, then? Right here, right now, on that moon, it has its own, breathable atmosphere, I do know that much." "Fine. Ceasefire until we meet." Phillip turned the screen off and turned to his crew. They were already preparing, no need to say anything. He smiled, then laughed! Revenge would be so, so sweet! Vincent calmly ordered his men to fire on the ship as soon as he and some of his men engaged Phillip and his forces. Phillip did the same. On the moon... called Sirenia 2 Phillip and Vincent faced off, with each of their crews behind them. Their ships rose up and faced off as well. "We finish this then? no tricks." "No tricks, this time, I'm flesh and blood." To prove this, Vincent [puncture]ed his finger, allowing a drop of blood to fall. "Lets go!" They attacked, and the crews and the ships followed suit. It was quite a battle. ---- Sephiroth King, I leave the battle in your hands. Phillip is nano tech, so he is 100% accurate, and he can use his guns like the Advent Children Yazoo and Loz guns (velvet nightmares)
  14. Phillip watched as the prisoners ate and were released from their bonds. Eventually he felt they has convalesced enough to answer some questions. "Okay, I think you're now well enough to answer some questions, where is your leader?" The former prisoners looked around. Then, one of the older looking one came up to Phillip. "He's been taken, sir. One of the guards must have not been knocked unconscious by the energy pulse." "DARNIT! Track all energy signatures leading from the battle! Find him!" "Yes sir!"
  15. *ahem* Lya helix *please PM me before using my character again in such a fashion, you aren't quite on the up and up on what he knows, what his psychology is... He's left the area darn it! I'll mold my story around these events, but please pm me unless you have a very good idea about the knowledge. He does not quite know that much about his existence. He just knows that he signed up for a science experiment assistant (and he did not read the small print) and he was taken and used as a lab rat. The end result is that he is not taught anything about the abilities/existence of the 300, just that he was wronged. But he holds no grudge for some reason.
  16. Hey Sephy, I'm gonna have to change it a bit for the prototype, since, well he is one. He'll have the same weapons (plus laser anti-air weapon), and his armor will be the biggest difference. He is covered in armor, much like the medieval knights of old (albeit wielding masumune) except a spartan helm. However, his "skin" covers all but the Spartan helm shinguards etc. However, Despite the advantages he is still weaker and heavily inexperienced compared to Normal 300 soldier (one on one, he loses, same goes for any number) The scientists just created him to ensure they could be created, he is untrained in the ways of the 300. So, to begin. Gregor picked himself up. What was this feeling? Life? no... consciousness. Something he had not felt for a long time. He felt tears welling up, but he realized he could not release them. Anger began to well up instead of tears. A scientist scurried out of the rubble next to him and he began to become aware of his surroundings. Airships were flying above him, some even fighting. His hand shot out and grabbed the scientist, and he felt a terrified heart. Yelling into her face he demanded an explanation. "Whats happening! To me and outside! What year is this! Explain yourself!" Too late he realized that those were the final beatings off that heart. Frustration became the current driving force in his life. Screaming into the sky his weapons flew to his hands and he began to destroy. His masumune sword in one hand, a gun in the other, his shoulder anti-aircraft laser firing. Screaming his anger, he leveled the entire complex. (meanwhile, in the lead aircraft of the rebel strike force.) "Sir, disturbance! Shall we eliminate it?" "Do it!" "Sir! its a 300! but I thought they... argh!" Gregor had since noticed the aircraft in the sky, and taking aim, he fired his gun and his laser into the mass of planes and downed them. Jumping up, he slashed the plane in half, firing in a circle, creating a swath of death. There were no survivors that day. He woke up in the middle of the night, in the midst of his destruction. He could only look around and wonder. He had done this... His memory came back. He recalled his name, his God, and what happened to him... Had... it... really... He shook his head and prayed, but he found it very hard because of the hatred beginning to gather in him. But he controlled himself and he felt an incredible calm on him and he slept again, and awoke rested. Walking toward an indefinite point he called east, he decided to be more human than before.
  17. Archimage a is right, Gregor can't be controlled most of the time, but he is a prototype, so anything can fail with him. However, I assure you all that he has heavy mental shielding. When they made him they took astral projection into consideration, but techniques have advanced so that he does not have 100% protection. He can be possessed but it leaves the possessor incredibly fatigued, they can only hold him for a very short time. BTW, Sephy, could you describe the 300 soldiers for us? (abilities etc)
  18. "Sir! Long Range sensor is picking up a ship! Its the rebels!" "On screen!" Phillip watched the ship, then decided to destroy it. "Use the scanner to ensure that there are no friendlies in vicinity." "Sir! communication from Simoun, acknowledge?" "Hardly, tell her to wait while we kill something." "Done." "Friendlies around?" "No, its a stinking rebel prison ship!" "We'll board her! put on some battle music! load all cannons! And all that jazz to fight! Show no mercy! our mission is to release the prisoners. Casualties are not an option!" Fortress mind made a small jump and arrived under the ship, exactly at the right place to board. The cannon at the nose fired at Fortress Mind, but a cannon blast soon ended that resistance. A [bleep]e from his ship fired up and pierced the side widening, then firing electricity in non-lethal doses, but it knocked everyone unconscious. Phillip, as usual, led the charge into the ship. The nanites improved his accuracy to such an extent that he killed those who weren't unconscious. Mission accomplished, Phillip and the crew and those he rescued jumped into his ship, which promptly disengaged itself and jumped away. -------- You were asking for that, Llamster... The only way to defeat my ship is to shoot it opposite the rotation at the time. Thats like double damage. Also, if you are cloaked and have a powerful enough gun, you can get ONE sucker shot in, so make it count... THere are a huge amount more of tricks up his sleeve! I claim the role of main villain in the RPG! please! Ozzy! can I!?
  19. Name: Gregor Religion: God, but not very spiritual as of yet. Life style: not very energetic and not very laid back either. Likes to have things orderly, but needs to have a bit of chaos in his system otherwise will go crazy. Appearance: brown hair blue eyes, otherwise, scars all over body, holes that once contained pipes and tubes, and other such paraphernalia of experimentation. Origins: a proto-300, the original experimenters thought to transfer souls without tainting them and he is the sole survivor of this horror by virtue of bein kept like a museum piece. His previous existence was newly born again Christian, you can be sure that this had an impact on his faith. Absolution Rebel (300 warrior or Rebel)/W.A.R.R.I.O.R./Neutral Army (Fights both): proto-300, as of yet he has no real allegiance, but will join one depending on influences at the time Abilities (if any): just a weaker version of one of the 300 warriors, can go head-to-head with everything else though. Bio: had a normal life until he thought it would be cool to join the scientists working on the 300 project, little did he know that he was signing up for experimentation. The scientists eventually got to him, and took him just after the revival meeting where he got saved. After some tortuous experiences, he thought himself dead, when they revived him long enough to ensure he worked, then shut him down and preserved him. A power outage and subsequent bombing by anti-crescent forces released him. We join him as he is trying to figure things out. Artifact(s) (if any): he has all proto 300 weapons, so they are a little more powerful, but heat up quickly. He also has a certain laser beam with him that was taken out of the 300 repertoire, not useful enough at the time, its anti-air. Job type: unknown, he did aspire to something he has forgotten. Weakness: weaker structural integrity than a 300 warrior, and a much weaker heart Strength: anything a 300 warrior has, he also is more willing to spare people, rather than right out kill them, one of the last remnants of his humanity, and he values it. despite all that happened to him, his heart is still strong enough for whatever happens.
  20. sorry guys, especially you Archimage, every time I really try to read your story (you were right... good to okay...) I get called away! I have work and other school related activities to do, please continue to be patient, I haven't even updated my story in a while, Until the battle wains... Xewleehr, knight of the True Cross.
  21. Cheshka had long since put to flight those who had opposed him. They had been a surprise, those he had fought before where not as impassioned about each other. Long dormant feelings, feelings that had torn him apart when the souls of his friends and teacher had disappeared. Attack Helicopters, Shawnee class, appeared next to him. The feelings dissipated, but the Shawnees did not attack, but three figures emerged and arrayed themselves in front of him. "We are Yuicchi, Makoto and Nayuki! Son of a gun! You have forced the government to take action and that forced us to take action! Darn you!" The middle character, who had been speaking, charged, wielding a katana. Cheshka, though surprised, easily blocked. Makoto and Yuicchi charged also, as Nayuki back flipped over the others, Cheshka brought out his other sword and parried both at the same time. The two grimaced and began the attack. "Lion hunting!" The duo slashed high, low, vertically and horizontally in tandem, forcing Cheshka to defend against two differing slashes or thrusts at once. Nayuki jumped behind them. "You think that just because you are a metal you can just kill and injure people as you will!" She began to attack as well. "Triforce assault! You make people fear us, who work to have it that we can live peaceful lives!" Cheshka had begun whirling like a dervish, hard pressed to block or even attack. Cheshka, eventually, slowed a little, discovering a pattern in their attacks. "Hmph! Be lucky I can't sense the Program inside you, otherwise, I'd have destroyed you all like I did that base of the Geeks." He spun reverse, slashing at their weapons, driving them back. "I prefer to kill only those who hurt me or who have the taint of the Program! I've hurt enough to know when it turns into an obsession to destroy any who wrong me! Die ingloriously!" He began to assault all three at once, driving them back outside of their tandem assaults. He jumped at Makoto, throwing a sword at her and almost cutting her neck apart, circuitry fell out of the wound and she collapsed. The remaining two redoubled their assaults. "Lightning Helices!" Another sword appeared in his hand, then both transformed into two giant chakrams. "What you wield doesn't matter, we'll still destroy you!" Nayuki and Yuicchi charged him, swords about to slash. Electricity flowed into the chakrams and Cheshka threw them with great accuracy into his charging foes, shorting them out. Bodies jerked uncontrollably. "L was right, he had said that no one could stop me, all those clues and training he gave me to unleash my full... potential... but will it pay off when I fight the Program? Why are you still here!?!" The helicopters shuddered and moved off, leaving the bodies. He walked off, wandering to the next placed marked as a hideout for the Program.
  22. Kingdom Caduceus? Thats awfully Kingdom... you know... there a resemblance? I got confused a bit in this one, not your best, at all, very scattered this time, but the ideas and such are good.

  24. bumping this so it is easier for me to get to it as I read it for the review... good story, about 1/3 through it.
  25. The only reason I have a high horse (and thus, I feel you called me close minded, I like it) is because I already know what my beliefs are, and thus I need not find any middle ground when we are debating that kind of thing. I view those who try to find a middle ground when debating something as important as your beliefs as those whose beliefs are flawed and are trying to compensate for that. Because, if communism is all that, then you should be taking its side, like, well, a rabid Christian (like me! bites arm! ha ha ha!) A person who cannot even defend his own beliefs and stand by them, no matter how low his knowledge of it is, is a weakling who is not fit serve in that belief's ranks, and I include every single belief and religion known to man (yes, especially trash Christians giving people like me a bad name, I can do that myself.) Anyway, to continue this discussion, please pm me. I shall be waiting for our next battle with a certain amount of pleasure, however, let us battle in private, my knowledge and abilities can only become greater! ha ha ha1!!11 h4c1 I'm reading Aura wars, maybe several times, trying to get the right feel on how to review it, without prejudice.
