What does it do? Dark Void is a sleep inducing attack that hits both opponents pokemon in double battles. The only pokemon that learns it, no including smeargle, is Darkrai a pokemon that is only obtainable from a nintendo event and only was released in Japan and America to my knowledge. I heard something about europe getting it awhile back but I'm not sure.
