  1. You just admitted to scamming by saying "We lie to get them to the area to lure them". You're leading them on, for personal gain. Yes but we're still not scamming since we never forced them into the wilderness. You can't argue against that because it's 100% true. There is no way we can force them into the wild. And there is no way you can prove me otherwise. Its scamming now. NICELY SAID =D>Your retarted =D> Already disproved that.
  2. Why do you keep coming back the idea of "forcing"? if it was forced it would be a bug not a scam. Scamming is lieing, you don't force anyone past the second trade screen however scamming is still there and its still against the rules, this is the same thing. Because thats the loop-hole! Forcing them with the 2 Forceable items I know about is bannable, but the Jojo lure is not. Yea, lets just get rid of all the rules, lets let anybody do what they want, you find a bug? lets abuse it! ANARCHY! That would totally kill the game, rules are in place to make a good environment and to get the bad people out to leave the good community intact. That doesn't help your argument at all. If you use a bug to cheat someone they have no warning and that is scamming. But in the trade-window they do have somewhat of a warning so they know what the trade is. There are different ways to say taking advantage of someone, and don't try to play dumb and not see what Jagex means by it. Sure, by trading items ingame its taking advantage of someone in a POSITIVE manner. Any kind of interaction can be considered "taking advantage of someone". Taking advantage of someone has an opposite negative version to it as well, which is where we get into the rules, don't tell me you can't understand that?Reread the post that I think was about Andrew's post.

  4. how is that moronic? Because you don't get your precious dirtily earned loot? If someone tried to lure me I'd probably do the same just so I could mess with them. They full deserve it. Thats not moronic at all. It's not moronic because it wastes lurers time. It's moronic because there is no point. All you've done is waste 5-10 Minutes of someone's time. Which is all RuneScape is. A waste of time, so really it does nothing and your wasting your own time. You don't force, but you do lie for personal gain, and that has and always will be a scam.No one can ever prove I'm lieing. No one can ever prove I'm not going to drop items for a party. Again. It's that simple.

Yes but we're still not scamming since we never forced them into the wilderness. You can't argue against that because it's 100% true. There is no way we can force them into the wild. And there is no way you can prove me otherwise. so according to you're logic item scamming should also be legal because they weren't forced to do the trade? Just because someone isnt forced to do it doesn't mean it shouldn't be against the rules. Sure why not. There is a reason there is a second trade screen. If you don't want to be scammed don't rush through every trade. The ones that need to quit are the lurers. I'd rather have the annoying noobs then all the stuck up liers who shows off all the items they stole. I never once showed off the items I've lured. Check my gallery, nothing but PKs and stakes. Merchanting does not take advantage others at all. Who lies when you merchant? you look for deals that are a little under priced and then you sell it for a higher price. There is no lies involved in that. If you were lieing it would be item scamming which is totally diferent. Pking does not take advantage of others because you aren't lieing to anybody to get them there. They DID go there on there own, with items they were willing to risk. How does buying materials have anything to do with anything? I dont get you're point there. This game does not revolve around taking advantage of others? what do you mean??? You don't need to be lieing to take advantage of someone.
  6. Nice constructive post. Thanks for adding to the topic. Your the type of moron who got lured once now whenever they attempt to lure you you go a long with it and Teleport once your in wild just to mess with them, or bring nothing at all. WRONG. We don't force anyone into the Wilderness. It's simple as that I don't know why I need to continuously repeat myself.
  7. that was taken from the official site. Notice the bold. That is EXACLTY what you are doing! How can you not see that? It's been there since this rule was made! Honestly, it has less to do then the actual wilderness part and more to do with the fact that you said you would do something, yet didn't and led them into a trap! for person gain! that is scamming, its right there, read it and get it into you're head. I do agree that these people are not very smart. But they still don't deserve such rotten treatment. YOU are the reason this gaming community has gotten worse YOU are the definition of the rotten players in RS that everyone talks about. Earn money a decent way and stop trying to earn it in a immature manner. I've made most of my money PKing and Staking. In total I have around 30M from PKing, and 60m+ from Staking, I also said I have made around 700M from staking in the previous post to Druminator. Pretty sure thats all Decent. Luring is finding loop-holes in the rules. The current loop-hole is with the Jojo lure. No one forces them into the wild. End of story. Unless I can telekinetically move their character into the wild I'm completely innocent. You can't prove I wasn't going to drop a certain item, no one can.
  8. As I said before concerning the "Jojo Lure" we don't lie to get them into the wilderness. We lie to get them to the area to lure them. But we never force them into the wild. How the hell does luring go against all that? It goes against it being a dangerous place? You said yourself people going there know the risks, and it's a risk they willingly choose to take. WE DON'T FORCE ANYONE INTO THE WILDERNESS, THEY CHOOSE SO WILLINGLY. Absolutely. But if anything we're helping people by making them angry enough to quit. I know friend's whose lives have actually been destroyed by this game. I actually know someone who had to take Junior year over because of RuneScape. But still not much to argue against there. I still agree most of my RuneScape Friends are 20+, a fair amount of 30+, and even a couple 40+. I have been playing RuneScape for a long time, it wasn't made for kids. In fact in old RSC most people were 18+. Again, not much to argue against that has nothing to do with my point. Well said. But is Merchanting not taking advantage of others? Is Staking not taking advantage of others? Is PKing not taking advantage of others? Are buying items such as Logs, Herbs, Seeds, Weapons, Armour, Runes, Arrows, Raw Fish, Hides, Bones, Food, and Essence not taking advantage of others? This game revolves around taking advantage of others, positive or negative. If you wanted it to be all positive maybe you should have thought about that before you posted it on Miniclip bud. Rose
  9. I've made around 60M Staking since I got hacked, and then I had 220M Cash, and two Party Hats, Red and White. Roughly 500M? Which I made from staking.
  10. EDIT: Stop posting "Andrew is my favorite" or "They did a good job" or "Luring was good/bad". If you post add an argument or agreement to someones debatable post. EDIT: To Mods: Please don't move this to debate forum. I'd prefer having multiple people see this and multiple opinions posted then the same people saying the same thing. EDIT: To Mods: To the next Mod who sees this can you please either delete the flames and spam. To add to these PM me with your side. Presented the same way as above. Rule 2 Mentality Of A Lurer Don't just post "No it shouldn't" or "Yes it should". Give a reason as to why you think that way. Points I and others made in previous posts: K when your dumb enough to believe it's a house party and not a lure when there is 1-2 People and they insist on going to the dungeon then you still deserve to lose your stuff. Basic Common Sense of a ten-year old bud, doesn't require much thought to know it's a trick. Put myself in their shoes? If I were ever that stupid I'd kill myself for being such a waste of sperm. I don't? I wasn't supposed to train my skills? I wasn't supposed to try to get rich? I wasn't supposed to have a fun time? I don't cheat, I take small things, and turn them into bigger things. I'm not smart? Because I have the correct timing to Special someone when I PK? Because I know how to get first hit in every stake? Because I probably have a higher total at 66 Combat then you do? Because I know how to PLAY THE GAME? Yes. I lie. I deceive players for their items. I don't scam, nor would I ever, because that IS cheating. But luring in the wild is NOT cheating because you are given a CLEAR warning you CAN AND MOST LIKELY WILL DIE. I'm a cheating brat. Already argued why I am not cheating, and I'm anything but spoiled so I'm not a brat. I'm just smarter then you are. Jagex could ban luring if they wanted to. They simply don't care -- it's easier to turn a blind eye to the problem than to make an effort. That's all there is to this. Your absolutely right. They don't care. They put up a warning and that should be all thats nescesarry. Hell yeah. If you drive into a ghetto and knowingly park your car which is worth stealing don't expect it to be there the next morning. Of course there is a difference in morality between stealing Pixels and stealing a car. Alright, they don't approve of luring, but it's still not against the rules. EDIT: Just read the post above me and noticed JAGeX changed it to Luring now being reportable. Still won't do anything though. They can't prove it. But isn't the game more fun with more Pixels? I always thought so. I'm a bad person by using people's stupidity against them? Funny I always thought I was doing them a favour by pointing out their flaws. I find luring fun. I find knowing exactly what someone else is thinking entertaining. The loot is just a bonus. As I said before. Me having fun, making RS money, and training my skills does not make me scum. But as I also said before Luring is pretty much staking with little to no risk. So? Should it be allowed? If you make a stupid comment of which I or others already commented on in above quote then you will be ignored.
  11. Jagex could ban luring if they wanted to. They simply don't care -- it's easier to turn a blind eye to the problem than to make an effort. That's all there is to this. Your absolutely right. They don't care. They put up a warning and that should be all thats nescesarry. They don't care, yet they moderate the RSOF to keep advertising for a luring partner down ? If they really didn't care about it all, if it were in the spirit of the game, then they would for sure allow that to be advertised. Alright, they don't approve of luring, but it's still not against the rules. EDIT: Just read the post above me and noticed JAGeX changed it to Luring now being reportable. Of course there is a difference in morality between stealing Pixels and stealing a car. Fix the bolded statement. Just doing you a favor, pointing out a flaw. I agree, there's a difference between stealing pixels and a car. Since they're only pixels, you should have no problem keeping your hands off of others pixels. The things you look for can also be found in staking: great rewards, outsmarting people, using your opponent's weaknesses to your advantage. The only difference is that the other party actually expects/prepares to engage in a fight. Maybe you should try a (MMO)RTS since you consider the loot only to be a bonus over outsmarting people. But as I also said before Luring is pretty much staking with little to no risk. Rose
  12. Click me and read the first post. The post dates from before luring was allowed, but you can get an idea from it, on how the sentiments (of some of us) about luring came about on Tipit. Not quite the answer you expected to get I guess, because I don't take pride in typing like a dweeb. Why RSC is pro luring ? I don't know, I never go there. 'Pixel seeking noobs': you called it 'pixel stealing' yourself a few quotes up. Not much difference between the two. In this quote you recognise luring not being 'proper playing'. It doesn't matter you 'played it properly' in the past, it matters how you play it now: luring. Your reasoning on lurers being pixel stealers who don't play properly is flawless. Oh but wait, you mentioned this prejudice to disprove it: I guess you failed. I just thought I'd do you a favor, pointing out a few flaws and all. I never said either of those.

If you drive into a ghetto and knowingly park your car which is worth stealing don't expect it to be there the next morning. YOUR WHOLE GAME SCREEN IS COVERED BY A SIGN, IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE DANGERS OF THE WILDERNESS THEN READ IT. Rose
  14. You contradicted yourself there. Scaming IS lieing. But lieing is not scamming. So no, I didn't.
  15. I don't? I wasn't supposed to train my skills? I wasn't supposed to try to get rich? I wasn't supposed to have a fun time? I don't cheat, I take small things, and turn them into bigger things. 16. So what about the people who lure you into they're house then use the dungeon glitch to get all of your all of your rares that you brought for thr so called "house party". By the way i know people who are dumb enough to get lured in some cases should lose they're items. You do have to remember to put yourself in they're shoes. Most people only link lureing witht he wilderness when thats not always the case. K when your dumb enough to believe it's a house party and not a lure when there is 1-2 People and they insist on going to the dungeon then you still deserve to lose your stuff. Basic Common Sense of a ten-year old bud, doesn't require much thought to know it's a trick. Put myself in their shoes? If I were ever that stupid I'd kill myself for being such a waste of sperm.
  17. First of all, quote correctly. Click "Quote" on the top-right corner of the person you wish to quote's post. Isn't "gambling" in an online game with fake currency better then gambling in real life? I started playing when I was eight. Six years ago. I knew about gambling then, I'd bet a friend 5.00$ [insert Team] would win the Super Bowl. RuneScape hasn't introduced Gambling to thirteen year olds. You are required to be 13 or older when you register an account as of 2005. End of story don't give us this crap about five year olds it's not JAGeX it's the child's parents. Instead of blaming the victim? Is it NOT the victims fault for intentionally putting themselves at risk?
  18. Thank you. The best part of being a lurer? Other lurers. They try to lure me I run in for it and blitz spec their Killer for full Mystic, even the rare Mage Book/Fury/Master Wand (Yes, I've PK'd them from lurers). Or the even better, having a friend who knows it's a lure PM you saying someone is trying to lure them, second they drop that 10K... BOOM, you can get some pretty good items from that, best I've gotten is Infinity Top and 1K Bloods or so. And if your lucky enough you can find Edgeville Tree Lurers on their Pures wearing Rares Ect trying to convince another moron into the wild, succesfull Blitz Spec? You can get incredibly lucky if you can find someone worth while. Thats not a showoff Post just adding in. Just telling everyone you can take advantage of the LURERS.
  19. You wish. Mentality of a lurer is "Let's find someone retarted enough to take something of value into a situation they know they can die from." And guess what. It works. The good lurers, the ones who can actually succesfully lure someone for 10-450M+, are a lot smarter then you are because they can actually convince someone to take something of actual worth. Thats right, if you become a spectacular lurer you can practically make a living off a morons on RS. 100M+ in 5 Minutes? A tenth the risk of Staking and the same reward. A great lurer, can have a blast on RS with their Lured Phats and Mils. You can stick to your RS "honor" of making money by skills and merchanting. But I'll stick to buying Skills and Rares with the money I made in a millionth of the time it took you, thanks.
  20. Again. I'm 4 Def and I Abyss RC. They have never killed me so if someone dies to them they should just quit because they are too moronic to continue.
  21. F2P? P2P? Armor? Cash? Combat? Rules? Com'n kid give us some info.
  22. I only PK RCers when I need a Glory. And I rarely fail PKing them. My view? RCers have an AWSOME advantage with the Abyss. It comes with a risk. PKers are that risk. Get over it, I'm 4 Defence and I Abyss RC and have never been PK'd. It's incredibly easy to escape them.
  23. A cheap whip-like weapon. If it has a extremely low Attack Requirement you don't think it should have a decently high Strength Requirement?
  24. Woow! =D> . That's at least 16 mil (no clue how much elegant is worth)! That's very good for your level. Elegant is 900k, so 13 + 2 + .9 = 15.9. So pretty much 16M. Lol look at my Day Stakes, I won 19M Cash and Fury, plus random items. Just fyi, Day Stakes are from cleaning people. Meaning One day I cleaned this person for something and another day I cleaned someone else for something.
  25. Well the Anchor is now almost the same as the Obsidian Maul. If I want a powerful, slow weapon, without having to do a quest, I'll use the Maul. My Suggestions: Increase the Speed to Dragon Scimitar Speed. Raise Requirements to 80+ Strength, 60+ Attack. Lower Repair cost to 250-500,000 GP. It will give whip a decent enemy without completely destroying it's abilities. And will continue to be a powerful weapon. Add suggestions if you want. Rose
