Your oubliette has to be directly under your throne room if you want to use the ladder (from which you can build your oubliette i think) and the trap door.

I'd suggest making tiaras from silver bars. It's not all too expensive, and you won't need that many for 63.

I'm not sure if this counts, but when Jagex updated with the slayer quest and the monster graphics, the 2 gargoyles at the main entrance to the slayer tower still remained it's old form :D They fixed that now :\

Agreed. First of all, as many have said, rioting won't change Jagex's mind. If you're gonna stoop as low as rioting, then you might as well stop playing any game at all because you're obviously can't adjust to major changes. When Jagex took away wildy, for example, yeah I was upset, since the old styles of warring and pking are no longer here, but the whole idea of killing someone and looting their corpse still exists. If you rioters can't even get used to that, or refuse to for that matter, then stop playing rs...stop playing any mmorpg, because games like these are gonna change A LOT! Learn to ADAPT pl0x

God Wars Dungeon. There are several on the zammy side (be sure to have a zammy item with you to prevent them from piling). And I'm not sure if maging them is a good idea. You can definitely give it a try, but hellhounds are weakest against range.

If you're using xbow, use mith bolts or higher. Either go the evil chicken lair or taverley dungeon. Crystal bow works well too.
