Amazing game. Finally got my internet connection back yesterday, so I spent the best part of last night working through Campaign with a mate. Just scraped through the No Mercy Campaign on Advanced, and is it just me or is there a lot more special spawns? They also seem to be much smarter. We were in the Sewers, just near the ladder, when a tank comes. Incaps a teammate to greyscreen before we kill it, then, we decided to explore looking for Medkits or Pain Pills or something, and then a Boomer, a Smoker and a Hunter spawn, constricts the greyscreened teammate, the Hunter grabs the other guy. I free him, kill the Hunter, then go to save the other guy, long story short, Boomer pukes on him, we barely make it out alive... well, one guy lived. And when he climbed topside, there was another horde waiting for him. D: Insanely fun, though.

Am I the only one who hates 2Fort? Its such a boringly easy to defend map. Put a sentry just outside one of the spawns [by the stairs], another by the intel and another somewhere in between, dont ever leave their side, ???, STALEMATE. And I swear demomen are really powered. I wouldnt say overpowered, because they lose out in accuracy and speed, but explosions have a huge radius and do large amounts of damage. Its also incredibly easy to camp with them, especially 2Fort. Yeah, it's very linear, I guess. I usually play it when I'm just [bleep]in' around, or getting some easy Spy points. Go through their sewers, up onto their battlements, BSing anyone you come across, jump down, BS anyone on the bridge, hopefully get away to rinse and repeat.

My new love on 24/7 2Fort Instaspawn servers? Demomen. Lay down 2 stickies on your battlements, jump across to the enemies', CRIT VODKA any Sniper you see, and then grab their intel and run.

Ding'd 64 last night, decided to respec to Holy because Jesus Christ there is no goddamn healers on our server. All Oceanic Servers locked, got into mine on a 500-person queue. Healed through Ramps, BF and Slave Pens tonight, got some pretty sweet healer loot.

Choosing the "host Locally" option might be a good idea. :) ... ... ... Oh god I'm an idiot. D:

Not at that moment, no, but Molly was needed to the plot in the 1st Season, and less so in the 2nd.

That's the bad thing :( Actually I find its just the right level. Its creepy enough. Witches arent really scary, you just know what will happen should you startle her. But I always seem to get witches in really awkward places now, on my first play through she was way off to the side and facing the wrong way so I was able to just walk past, but now she keeps spawning in doorways or corridors. But I still feel that - given the right environment - tanks are a lot easier to deal with than witches. I think it's the perfect balance of silent, creeping suspense, mad [bleep]ing panic and strategy. Good fun to play. I... don't see why you need to kill Witches that are out of the way of your team's path, do they freak out or something if you don't kill them? It's never happened to me, and we barely ever kill Witches. Though she seems to love spawning in the Generator room at the end of the Subways, which is raaaaaaaaaage. Though you can usually rape her with the Minigun there pretty easily. Pre-ordered it last night, and now it's finished pre-loading, woo. Anyone know if the AI Director is actually directly involved in the game, or is he just the shadowy figure controlling everything? It actually sounds kind of like some futuristic horror movie where the action is real and controlled by some computer to bring out the greatest level of immersion and whatever from the 'Actors'. Then again, it could just all be a metaphor for something.
