It'd help if runescape wasn't filled with people that lied about their age when they signed up. If someone asks me for some random item when im doing something, and i use sarcasm, they can't tell the difference. "Oh yea, I have a bucket with me." They can't tell, so they trade me anyway.

What would stop the player from ranging/maging/hallying the monster they have for a slayer task? And I agree with your edit, a 3 minute time limit would help alot.

I'm guessing it was an autoer, since it was lvl3 with nothing on. [x ] Told someone you were signing off, but you really put private on "off" and kept playing? This is only when someone begs for stuff. [x ] with no intent of scamming, tried to see if you could guess a friends password? We both tried to guess each other passwords just for fun, but since we were on the same computer it didn't really matter. If i pked or rced alot, i'd probably have a bunch more on the list.
