Simply put, because my house would be better, have more things, allow for more options Of course if the clan leader already has a high lvl house (99 with all the best items) then this will be pointless. Besides it this isn't designed for master constructors. Also after asking around a few clans, it seems that they do not all have an extremely high lvl house to meet in. I would like to know just how many not only have an average house but also would like to be in a good house

well thanks. With 1 mill per hour it's pretty steady income but getting the latest stuff can cost more than getting 99 itself. I might get so bored and use teaks for fast bursts at the end too

I was thinking that maybe, after all renovations are completed, I could offer a service where I rent my house out to a clan. This would mean for clans who have a so-so house or even a good house can experience the luxary of an expensive and high lvled house. I would like to ask a few questions addressed to clan members (and hopefully leaders) to see if this service is at all interesting. Does your clan make use of the PoH for it's benifits? if so, to what extent? Does your clan usually host meetings in a house on a regular basis (as opposed to a random cellar or something)? Do you think it's too much trouble to using someone else's house as a meeting place? What sort of standards would you expect from renting a house? These this all just a hypothetical idea but I'm curious to know how many clans would be interested by my idea and maybe I could provide this offer. Any feedback is very welcome, even if you wish to say "I don't think this is such a good idea", just make sure and expain. I would be glad to be aware of any possible inconvieniences so don't hesitate!

I've just completed another big step, so I'll be re-designing this blog accordingly, it's not that I'm lazy.... well, actually it is :-$ ... but I've got exams to work on right now. If you read please post a reply, it means a lot to me. Any comments, recommendations, questions or even requests are very welcome here. ~Introduction~ I am Solidus 77. I've been playing runescape for over 2 years now, I love quests and skills. I'm a double nat abyssal runecrafter and bearer of the construction skillcape, my two most impressive achievements but I will always strive for more. I've been going all out combat recently, when i got 99 construction I was lvl 89 combat and now I've been training like hell. Why combat? It opens a lot of doors. Not that I dislike non-combat skills, but I find combat has different options to offer. ~Stats~ Also forgot to add my stats, they use to be in my sig but now I've replaced that with an absolutely awesome sig with Ashe (thanks Gold_Tiger10 !!!) anyways, here they are: Wanna know what pc does to your stats? well attack strength defense and hp were all 80 when I joined my PC clan :-w To be honest, I really can't blame pc for anything; if it wasn't for pc, I don't think I would have ever found the motivation to try out combat and discover new things in this game that I never knew I could do! ~My ingame outfits~ One for each use. One for casual, one for training, one for rcing etc... [hide=Pictures of me in my various outfits] My two casual outfits. Black naval is the best stuff in the world My pc outfit, pretty basic but effective set guthans (one for barrows, the other for training) outfits for abyssal rcing, one is pretty safe but heavy, the other is light but not so safe. [/hide] ~My house~ This is pretty much my ultimate goal. I love construction, it's my favorite skill because it's so customizable, it's so unique. Of course I plan to finish off my house... eventually but then maybe something like getting in top 10 might be fun? Anyways, I have a few pics of my house so far. What's really missing is the dungeon :oops: [hide=Pictures of my house] Garden, pretty much the center Dinning room with a view on the master bedroom (and the cockatrice head) The left portal chamber (the other one is identical in looks). : [/hide] ~Real Life news~ I'm stuck with 2 IB exams in 2 weeks as well as an economic research paper so I'm pretty busy. Got the paper almost done but man it's so annoying to find visual components, so much effort needed :wall: overall however it's ok, just basically talking about bad infrastructure in developing countries. ~My current goal~ estimated time of completion: This coming Sunday! This means a house party where all Tip.Iters invited!!! Going very very well. Pc is very easy to lvl up with and VMC is an awesome clan to do it with. They are extremely well organized and successful, and I've met some very nice people there. 90 attack and 90 strength were completed with no problems, hp took more effort and I got distracted but that's ok, now it's time for 99 defence. ~Kq, Barrows etc...~ In the end I couldn't resist, I just had to try out Kq and barrows. They both can be very fun at times, but now I hope to hold off on them untill I get 99 defence. I've had no luck with kq so far, but barrows has been quite profitable, I post the drops in my sig and from now on I'll post the picutures of each drop here. (I lost the old ones, after my computer sort of died :( ) ~Other/Future goals~ Next up is 80 range. So far it's close to 72. I plan to join GOF later on to try out DKs (after I get 80 range which will come shortly after 99 def. Expected to happen in june) Eventually, I also want to fully complete my house. ~Previous goals~ This was my blog before, it was dedicated to getting 99 construction I finished, total time was about 30 days and completed on the 6th of febuary Here is my house layout requested by Kill ~Market and Other~ nothing right now
