The quest is worth it if you can go there everyday for about 5 minutes to cut maple logs.. Uhm, not sure about the 1m though, sounds a bit too overthetop, but if you get lucky with 8 magic tree seed nests from the woodcutters you can, but that wont happen. Herbs might work aswell, I think you should do the quest to see if it works out for you. It's randomly generated, you can make lots or lose a bit,so if you dont have much money I dont think gambling it on this is a great idea.

There's more than one way to hunt, you know? :) Anyway thieving is pretty good, but if its a non-skiller account you can pretty easily make money killing men and women (if its low level), and getting up range at the same time. Although thieving doesnt become good for money until like 15, then its not that good anyway. You should get all combat to 20 (if you havent) then start slayer imo. :mrgreen:

Rumour has it its by 10 percent. I trust level 120s , specially the mod ones, And I dont think you're meant to cut logs and drop them. Woodcutting was made to fuel firemaking and fletching, not dropping to 99 dropping ftw.

I'm looking at a banking for money point of view. Thats what woodcutting is about, anyway Adze loses 25% more logs than Dragon WC Axe, via burning Rune loses 10% more logs than Dragon WC Axe, via slowness. Rune wins.

Rune wc axe is 10% slower than d axe i've heard, meaning that adze is 10% better and burns 25% of the logs, I think that means rune axe wins.

Doubted. Most of the PvP'ers would be 1 def pkers and tanks, majority wouldnt have much def so jagex would rather pull something out of their [wagon] like another overpowered weapon that hits too fast and has 2 specs and 4 spec uses.
