sorry mate, dude your atonomy is very off. i agree with Despaxes's C/C the shoulder is totally off, should me moved more to the left to and what kind of muscles is that on ther ? :-s the bicep is pointing into the wrong direction. his pectorials are to long, and his abdominal area is very .. odd? i like your shading and its clear that you've got skill, but your atonomy is very off. sorry.

Dude thanks allot :D great critique! yeah i did a failed atempt at facial rebounce lighting.. fixed it now tho :D your critique really helped me fix allot of stuff! result : fixed the face, the neck (tho still not a 100% on that one) plus thanks to the input i've gone from 12 colors to 7 colors on this piece. born2die, the hair and shirt, i deliberately chose to do it like that,sorry, tho thanks for your input in my honest opinion, shading the hair would degrade the quality of it's appearance. thanks wee, your right about the T and i made it a little less wide, no i'm no body builder :XD: it's alright eckered,just take my word for it, aside the skin color it looks like me. and i'm sorry to disagree on this but a pallete background just didnt work for it.
