LQ means Low Quality, which is excatly what is is. Did you save it as really low .PNG or something?

This is just playing with effects. Only skill involved is deciding the amounts on the effects. I'd hardly call this a drawing. This will come across as harsh, but this is why PDN gets so much negative criticism :/

Army builder, some of his sigs are great at the moment, it's just that he hasn't done to much to some of them, and has pasted stuff in, which is why everyone is getting so touchy.

I'm going to be brutally honest, neither of these are visually appealing. First looks like a mess, with a bee hive like effect, then a robot render, and some other random stuff. Second is a mess too. The stock/render needs to be blended better, and as Shiny would say:
