I'll try to make this as clear as possible. Say i want to reach 60 magic, and i want to raise it useing fire bolt, when i type in my current xp and the lvl i wish to reach it gives me a number, but do i have to hit the max hit of that spell everytime to get that lvl whithin the number of firebolts it says in need. If this is unclear please specify what information the question is lacking. thx

if you are p2p then buy a pair of rune boots for 17-175k on world 2 fally in the garden then sell on another world for 200k once you have more money just find good deals on stuff in world 2 ppl get tired of asking for a high price and no one buying so they go down on there price you have to knw your prices if you plan to merchant
