AHHHH, the cook, I think that is what I was missing, you are my hero for the day.

I cant get any spices until he tells me that he ate the stew, and he never tells me about the stew, so I can't get the spices.

I inspected him in the dining room before going to his moms house again, and I still talk to him and he doesn't tell me that he likes stew, I just keep saying oh nevermind. What do I do? Thanks

I reread the guide and I dont see anything about talking to him in the dining room, it says to talk to his mom in her house and go into the basement to talk to dave. What am I missing? Thanks
