Once we were doing an experiment heating some powder stuff and testing what gas it produced. So the powder turned to a black liquid and the teacher came over and told us off, because we had heated it for too long. SO he went to move the bunsen burner and the the end of the test tube (which was suspended above the flame by a stand and clamp) cracked spilling the boiling black liquid all over his hand. I think he had to go to hospital, I felt really bad about that.

How would it ruin PKing? It would only work to level 20 wildy, and if you have the means to teleother, you will be able to just teleport yourself.

If you use teleother on someone in the wilderness, does it still give them the option, if not this could be useful if you get attacked in the widy but don't want to have to leave (say you were doing a clue scroll or something) or if youre lunar maging, you could teleport them to ice plateau and hope theres a group of PKers passing by. So, would this work? Any other thoughts?

You think you've got something on him, listen to this; in underground pass when you have to search all the half-souless' cages for ibans dove, and they bite you, one of them says a sentence which looks like gibberish at first. Read closely, he mentions ali morrisane. Could Ali Morissane, and even all the the other Alis, secretly be in league with Iban? I see a hidden storyline in the works (well probably not, if they were they'd have done it by now, but check it out anyway).

Non-wildy abyss tele? Blood crafting? Giant pouch? All great ideas, although for blood crafting they'd have to have it in a very long dungeon with powerful monsters and the tallys are a kq drop, you'd need to have like 90 rc and it would have to be non-abyss. Anyway, perhaps its a ring or something that would increase the amount of runes you get for multiple crafting.
