Unfortunately, sewers are not a hotzone :( I would say your best bet is to find an empty room upstairs in a hotzone city (or deep underneath Troll Stronghold/HAM Dungeon) and alch there, as pureprayer said, with a teletab. Wear black dragonhide to prevent a possible teleblock. :) Some ideas: Upstairs Varrock Church (4th floor) Upstairs Varrock Museum (3rd floor) Upstairs Varrock Palace (3rd floor) Upstairs Ardougne Castle (3rd floor) HAM Prison im pretty sure somewhere in the sewers is a hot zone

I hope you realise it would take one hell of a Necromancer to control and manipulate that amount of undead. The energy involved in doing so would most likely drain you, and holding the control would be difficult. You'd be easy to kill, and assuming you didn't raise them, when you are dead, you are meat to them. No I summon masses of dead necromancers to control the zombies.
