Dont feel too sad, all the annoying/stupid/immature players now play CoD so Halo and Battlefield are much more enjoyable! Thank you CoD. Sad about what? I don't understand what he's trying to get at.

I'd agree with this although I'll probably buy MW3 anyway, if mainly just for the single player campaign. I'd say the first MW (COD4) done more for the Call of Duty brand than any of the COD titles that came after, for me at least. COD4 was the peak for me. Yeah that's pretty much fact. :P

Considering the SAS have played a rather large part in the last 2 it shouldn't be that much of a surprise. Yeah, there are actually countries outside of America if you weren't aware.
