Rare's do go up in value, but, to me it doesn't seem worthwhile to have a rare. Along with a skill cape comes a 99, and that beats out any rare in my opinion

Well guys, today's been a good day. I got lots of posts, I got a lot of level, I got one step closer to completing my crafting goal Oh yeah, I got 60 crafting... One Level To Go! I also finished the 4k flax to bs today, but I am pooped. I am going to check on my oak tree, then go to bed... Night!

I, for one, would take a skill cape. there's a lot more pride in skill cape's in my opinion.

I said a rare only equalling what you would spend on thew skill cape you would get instead. For instance, I would say firemaking can cost you 26 mill (its an example) So then you would get a santa instead of the 99... Can't have both.

They also give loads of kids asking for your emote : i know all my capes are on my rack firecape ftw no emote I'd chose a rare over the cape if I was NEVER going to wear it. Why not atleast wear one. hah

To tell you the truth, when I was F2P, I got like 10 Randoms every half hour. Now, I got membership, and I've gotten 6 randoms in my 2 and a half months of membership. Odd maybe?

I agree (Watches post count go up 1) Actually, if you don't like the whip spec and think the dds is better... then just don't buy a whip and stay with the dds... I myself prefer a dragon scimitar. :XD: I got two off this post now!

This is a discussion board you know. You are supposed to discuss if you think the spec is useful to you or not, and if we are lucky, we will see some side discussions form out of the main discussion that we can learn or draw experience from. Its the essence of a discussion board. I believe. :D I'm aware that it is a message board. He asked a direct question relating to the fact that the Abyssal Whip is useless against monsters because they do not have energy to be drained. He basically answered his own question. I fail to see how much, if any, discussion can come from that fact other than agreeance with the statement. I agree. The only discussion that will come out of this is from kids just agreeing with him in order to raise their post count.
