u can fly fish since you are right beside barb village :wall: you can also buy food from ge and recharge prayer at monastery then bank at edge bank drops refill with food (its what i do :thumbsup: )

you could fish lobbs? or you could kill the lvl 56 cockroaches for the runes and various mith items

cockroaches drop laws frequently upwards of 40 per killing trip (86cb atm f2p4lyfe) they also drop deaths fires mith meds rune schims rune squares and 4-400gp

well full rune (full helm pl8 legs kite(not using a berserker cuz i hate fog) d hide vambraces(not rune gloves cuz of already stated reason) fighter boots rune scim power ammy(cant hit aswell if i use str) gold ring(found it lol) team 16 cape(i think) inventory-25 trout (prolly will change to salmon cuz its still cheap) fire staff nature runes for alching med helms rune schims and rune squares 1 blank space (could replace with a str pot if necessary and remove 1 trout/other food)

ok my stats are in my sig i was able to kill 18 cockroach soldiers before i had to run i brought 25 trout and it took about 18minutes or 1 kill a minute is this good or bad (btw the drops i got were rune schim rune square 2kgp 1 sapphire 1 emerald 34 laws 7 deaths and 3 mith ores) im f2p also :wall: EDIT-I was able to kill 36 with 23 tuna and 1 str pot(4)

well im lvl 86 and i got a kill but seeing as u get a penalty u need alotta hp and def if you dont wanna die b4 the time runs out i was attacked by 3 or 4 lvl 95-100 players (the penalty is useless anyways) as if youll find any1 in their
