You don't attack them, you let rings of recoil do all the damage. It's a long and grueling process, as you can imagine. But, it's still possible to get any slayer level you want with recoils. Look up Elishot, 65 slayer with 4 combat. too bad jagex nerfed ror's cant be used for slayer or monsters in quests that need to be killed for a certain thing they drop:(
