If it's training you're looking for, then might I suggest the daggonoths at the light house, take good armour and plenty of food and you could stay there for days.

The best thing that you can do is go on a very long woodcutting challenge, I suggest you cut 1000 logs, that may seem like a lot but after you buy the whip you will have some money left over and be able to keep your plateskirt. Remember, that whip will look so much nicer with your plateskirt! Good luck.
