The first thing that you should do is visit the p2p places, for example.. camelot, buthrope and yanille. Then buy some p2p items, wilderness capes, enchanted rings etc. Then do some simple p2p quests in order to farmiliarise yourself with the vast p2p world, witches house, gertrude's cat, the digsite and dwarf cannon are good for this. Then do lost city quest in a few days.

I have the same problem with peolple asking me those questions, other common questions are: How is armour made? How is mod made? How is zezima made? How is baby made? etc.
