The thing is, they say they have 70 or so people working for them in the customer support department. What they mean by that is, they have 70 people at computers pressing the "Auto-Respond" button. Nobody actually gets personal messages any more, because they don't send ANY. It's like when the video camera dudes in the store see you take stuff, but they don't stop you. It's sort of in that spirit of dishonesty.

Everyone seems to be embarrassed to wear runescape cloths. The irony is, you are all (probably) the kind of human being that plays video games. That fact, in itself, has already earned you a social standing among all other poeple who ever see you or know you. So is it any more embarrassing to be sporting a T-Shirt that says "RuneScape" on it then to be a friendless nerd with no understanding of business, and who plays a video game called Runescape anyway? Heres the math for how a business works. (ANY business) = Desire for money. (Business that sells something, tangible or non-tangible) = Desire for money. Therefor, if Jagex is a Business, and it is also a business that sells something, then it must be trying to gain Money, am I right?
