I usually do exhales, the video it showed gave a good lesson on inhales, I usually do the second scream for highs. I don't do drugs. I always do exhales, they're a lot easier in my opinion, but I never try to get a Deathcore/Hardcore sound, i'm no punk :P Also, what have drugs got to do with any of this? Some drugs reduce your ability to growl/scream... i think. Some drugs obviously haven't affected me then. You're 14, I don't think you've had the chance to consume enough drugs to ruin your vocal cords ;)
