When I did barrows, I usually used only 1 dose of prayer potion using the Black Salamander + Freeze method. I meleed Karil and Ranged Ahrim. I went to Karil > Ahrim > Dharok > Torag > Guthan.

Get what you really like to use then, which is ccb for you.

It is going to be very hard buying supplies at this point. Most, if not all, herbs are bought out already.

If you were 87 herblore, you could use mature greenman's ale to save you the trouble. :P

Since you have 86 Herblore, you could make a few extremes by boosting and use those. Otherwise, the setup looks fine to me.

He doesn't have a rapier or soul wars cape, so that wouldn't work.
