Hello! In those quests where you need planks (In Aid of the Myreque, for example), would it be possible to use just any planks, such as oak planks, instead of regular planks? Thanks, Gerthddyn

I was recently hanging out in a multi-combat area, training magic. There were a few other people there, seeing as it's a busy time of the day and not a lot of worlds are below 900+. Now, as I was quietly attacking away, some guy asks me to stop fighting "his monster". I replied something along the lines of RuneScape being a multi-player game and that he'd have to deal with sharing. He keeps whining and I get tired of it so I attack another monster in the vicinity. Random player: "I attacked this first! It's mine!" Me: "It's a multi-combat area! Deal with it!" Suddenly I find myself verbally abused to a degree that I just feel sick and log. Now I ask you, dear tip-iters: Was I doing the wrong thing? Is "do not attack other monsters in a multi-combat area" some unwritten rule of behaviour that I've missed? Note: This is not a rant, even though I am a little upset. I just want to know whether they were completely off the rail or if I should have abstained from attacking "busy" monsters.

Gin and tonic - so you can't make money on a lvl 3 account unless you have 99 mining? Last time I checked, combat wasn't exactly the most efficient way to make money... Sorry about being off-topic. I still think level 27 is the way to go.

What about the Ectofunctus? Do the Ghosts Ahoy!-quest, it's quite easy and fun, then buy (or kill monsters for) the bones of your choice and load up on buckets and pots.

Level 3's are ftw, obviously, but they're becoming more common and if you really want to get noticed, I say go for 60 defence with dragon and add a party-hat and a matching skillcape. It'll have people gawking wherever you go.

I like quests, and I'd like to do the three quests listed above. D'you think I could do them with my stats? If so, what items should I bring and should I choose mage or melee? If not, what should I raise? Here are my stats. Att: 61 Str: 56 Def: 60 Range: 46 Prayer: 37 Mage: 62 HP: 60

Since I haven't done the Shilo village quest, I'm currently fly-fishing in Ardougne river, which I find is an acceptable distance from a bank. Very fast xp. Thanks!

I'm currently level 59 fishing and level 60 cooking. So far I've fished lobsters, but I find them quite slow. We all know that cutting willows is the fastest xp for woodcutting, can the same be true for fishing? If anyone has any experience with fishing lower leveled fishes for faster xp, I'd be grateful for a reply. Is it faster?
