99 wc took me around 3 months doing Willows, If you really want 99 wc I would recommend not switching to Yews.

I haven't really read anything on what it might be However I was disappointed in last years, it seemed to lack "Holiday spirit" The reindeer hat was just not my thing. I love the woolly hats and scarfs the year before that though!

I hate to be rude but how are you going to get a 99 when you keep changing skills that you want to work on.Your already taking a break from thieving? Didn't you just start on it?

You got a Fighter torso? Maybe get torag legs, or dragon legs and wear with fighter torso... If your getting into Slayer a lot you could get Guthans...? I don't really see a reason for you to get full Dh or V unless you really want it...All up to you, Id do the fighter torso concept..

Yep you do, I made over a couple Mil off it already, I haven't gotten tired of Hunter and I been pretty constantly training it, lvl 77 at the moment, but once I have my mind set no going back...

Are those really your favorite skills? Or just skills you would want to have 99 or a skill cape? I don't see how you could really "enjoy" training those, they're more repetitive than hunting. When I said do a skill you enjoy, I meant enjoy training. Not one that you'd like to have a 99 of. And it seems your definition of "easy" is fast, because WC is definitely an easy 99. All you do is click a tree, wait, bank or drop, and repeat. Wc is easy because you have to do very little, But it's not fast at all, It levels slow because the xp per hour rate is very slow, It's a lot like fishing, slow but easy.... Hunting you do a little more but it levels much faster cause you can get a lot more xp per hour... I don't know about thieving which he is currently wanting to get 99 in, I don't really enjoy thieving

This is very True, I loved wc thats one reason it wasn't hard to me besides the fact it took awhile. I love Hunter too thats why I'm doing it. Liking the skill makes all the difference. I agree with the Fletch cape being garbage, I did 87 fletch because I was going to do 99 as a cape trim but then I asked myself why bother might as well use my time to get another cape I like instead...

Yea I agree, it took me around 3 months to get 99 wc. I of course didn't play as much as I could have but I played a lot during those 3 months. It's an easy skill but takes awhile to lvl. Best bet is cooking like everyone is saying. I'm currently aiming for 99 Hunter and it seems to be lvling fast, the worst part is dealing with a bunch of other chin hunters at certain points...

Basically it's up to you, Which ever you prefer and you enjoy more. Most Likely you would be better off keeping the Purple Phat, but like I said Whatever you think you would get more enjoyment out of...Since you Have Had the Phat for awhile you would probably miss it and end up buying it back after a day or two without it....

Agreed....I notice your 90/99 woodcut, Good luck on 99 =] Their really isn't a true "easy" level 99 even the skills that seem to level faster due to the ability to gain more xp at a faster rate still are no walk in the park in gaining 99. However Like Stated If there is an "easiest 99" it would be a toss up between Cook and Fletch...Still it takes a lot more effort then 71 hunt...I'd set goals for yourself, try to achieve 10 levels then see how you feel possibly take a break and shoot for 5-10 more levels, and repeat until eventually you break over 13m xp for 99 =)

Well First off since you wrote you already gave up on Hunter in the 70's that's not such a good sign, 99 is true dedication and hard work, but if you have determination you can sure achieve it. It's good to work hard when you can but don't go overboard thats how you burn yourself and end up quitting, work at a steady but relaxing pace, and before you know it, you got your 99 skill!

If I were you I would Consider doing Willows for 99 woodcutting it may not be good profit wise but its one of fastest ways to lvl...

After a much needed and well worth break from Runescape I have returned and hope to return strong. Nearly being a year since I achieved 99 woodcutting, and 3 months since i have played runescape, I have decided to go for another 99...In which is Hunter...I have already started working towards it last week i started from were I left off which was 54 hunter. From thursday to friday I did 54-59. Then on Sunday I did 60-63.. Monday I did 63-68, then tuesday I did 68-70, then today I reached 71... I Know any 99 takes forever, since i have experienced one however on average does anyone know how long 99 Hunter would take. I know its around 47k red chins for 99 hunter and at around 1k a day 47 days. Also my main question, with this new update and no more pking and no need for pures, I don't know if I will make good profit on Red chins...Just need feedback and suggestions Thanks!
