I'm doing ToM on my pure, and I'm stuck at the part where you need to convince the prince to marry you(Yes, i changed my gender because the guide for Royal Trouble on Tip.it says there is extra dialog if you change your gender between quests). I've gotten to the part after you give him the flowers, but all he says is: Good day, madam. And then the dialog ends. I tried giving him the cake, ring and another flower. But that didn't work ether. I've already gotten my app rating up to 75%, and went through all of the dialog that the king, and advisor has. And still nothing. I've tried logging, and that didn't do anything ether. EDIT: got it... Apparently you have to clap and dance for him.... :wall:

I'm going to revive this post because it's still happening. And with SK now. Which uses a version of IE. It didn't happen much at first, but after a while it started happening more. So, it's not just FF.

So, i guess everyone is just telling me to say GF me, and pray that the glory of guthix will bring balance to prices. :pray:

Some of you may have read my post how i was selling my bandos and dfs to make a bit of profit. I have NO idea how the hell i didn't know this was going to backfire on me. Bandos and dfs won't buy at max on ge, people are buying dfs for 25M steet. And i only waited one day! I'm never going to do ANYTHING like this again. But why is this happening? and what do i do now?

And in other news... The armour that you can obtain from PvP will no longer degrade. (bye bye bandos and barrow's worth) Sorry to go off topic with this post, but i had a good joke in mind, and had to say it... :| :lol:

So, everyone knows that everything is crashing atm. So, i sold my DFS, bandos plate and tassets, whip, and full V(that among other things, but these are the most expensive). And have 56M. Surprising, i've never seen such a big number with a M next to it on my account :lol: . So, I'm going to buy back everything when it crashes to a certain price. And hopefully have made enough to buy a BGS or claws. Depending on what price they crash to. So, how long should i wait to buy? I was thinking around 2 days. Possibly 3. But i want to play it safe so i don't end up losing any money. Thanks for your help in advance! EDIT: i just noticed that i use 'So,' way too many times :lol: all well, who cares.

My zerker pure has really low mage. And i want to get it to a good level for teleports. I'd rather not spend more then 100k. FoG is way too slow. So that's out of the question. And teleing is way to expensive. I think I'll superheat from 43 - 51 because i got 50 smithing from making cannon balls out of the ore i mined for heroes. So, i guess the question is really just how to get from 35 - 43.

make sure you have normal leather gloves. And you must have the clue with you when you do the emote.

I did the math, and found out that 3 - 25 herblore for heros' will cost over 200k with ATK potions. Is there any cheaper way that won't take forever?

The problem happens in Firefox. But now I'm using swiftkit because i can't stand this problem, and seeing if it stops happening in SK. Which i think uses a version of IE. But SK has it own problems: i keep getting a script error message.

This is a problem i've had for a while, but is getting a lot worse recently. between loading screens while playing RS(Mostly happens when i log out, keep the log in screen up, then log in later) the game screen will go black. Then i have to reset the page. This becomes really annoying after resetting my game screen every half hour. Another thing i've noticed that i think is related. When i extend my minimized icons on the bottom right of the screen, there will be over 4 java icons. Sometimes up to 10 of them. But then the menu quickly retracts, and when you extend it again, there will be one less icon. This will happen until it reached one again. I think somehow java reloads without closing the previous one once i reload the game screen. If this is the case, then that explains why my computer has been going crazy slow lately. ...How would i go about fixing this? I tried re-installing java, and that didn't help.

So, i'm trying to do dragon slayer on my zerker pure. I antifired potted, and prayed melee with monkrobes. And much to my surprise i found out that my antifire potion has no-freaking-effect. And even worse, i found out that the dragonfire drains prayer. Edit: and I'm also wearing the shield. I don't know how anyone would forget that. :roll: How would i pull this off with only 20 def?! i can't go any higher in def, or it'll screw up my pure. EDIT: i killed her. Sara brew + sup pure set + sharks = win. Although i forgot of how much a breath huger she was. so i used protect from mage instead of melee, and wore melee gear.

I have gotten a zaros in PvP. So i doubt that PvP vs BH effects your drops. -I only kill with 76k, and a dds. And i've always gotten 1m+ every 100% so far. So i don't think that good armour effects it.

1M - 50M? That's kinda a big gap that's going to get 75% of the votes. Although i guess you can't get anymore questions with the voting system you use. Although, with only cash, i have bout 5M right now. But in cash and items, i have about 40M - 50M. As for i love my bandos + dfs. And I'm also saving for a bgs atm.

Bronze knives/arrows at minotaurs in the SoS is good exp. Hardly ever crowded because it's normally a F2P spot, but still works well in P2P.

I think it's slightly random how much EP you lose for how many PKs you get. Or how much you receive in drops. Or it might be based on some system that the player has yet to discover. Same for me, i got a zaros statues, and a arma statue in the same drop(lost the arma statue due to a PJ though), And still had the EP for 4 more kills. And the next full EP i only got about 1.3m in drops out of 4 kills.

The killer just kills the killed like a normal pk while risking 76k. And the killed risks 26.003k or 26.002k depending on whether or not they have a pouch(having one is better if you're being killed and a lower level, because if the killed is higher, there is a better chance of getting good drops). SP shields just has a chance to reduce damage. I'm talking about just avoiding damage all around. i think the def value for a SP shield is around +63, while DFS is +75. Thus, for avoiding damage, DFS is better.

That's true. I forgot about veng. And i don't think summoning will effect me enough to train it. I won't have the stats for WF to get it to the useful levels anyway.

Alright, so i've decided to create a Zerker pure. The only other pure experience i've had was a lvl 1 def pure i have(with 41 atk, 36 str, 44 pray). I know it sucked, but i've learned from it, and might be able to create a good zerker this time around. The stats I'm aiming for are: 60 Atk(possibly 75 for GS, but i don't think I'll have one any time soon) 99 Str(don't think I'll get this for a while, so i think 70 - 85 is what I'll use for a while) 45 Def(with the quests i want to do, I'll have to plan around this, so i don't go over when i complete all of the quests i want) 99 range(same with str, most likely 60 - 70 first, then 80 - 99 later) Venerable mage(i'm not sure about this yet. probably just want i need for teleing, unless i decide to mage with this acc) 52 prayer(for smite. First I'll get 43(possibly F2P) then 52. I was thinking of 70 before, but I'd have to be a barrows pure for that) no summoning(as for any pure. but it's going to be hard not to use the most useful skill) Have completed Royal Trouble, Dragon Slayer, King's ransom, Frammy trials, Monkey Madness, Possibly Smoking Kills and DT.(I'm sure there are more, just can't think of them now) The main thing i need help with is what to bring my stats to. I plan on doing most of the F2P quests. If not all of them. I was thinking 20/30 atk, 40 str, 20 def at first. And when i get memebership on it, I'll get stats up via the quests I'm doing, then finish it off by training. And any other advice/warnings is welcome. I want to know if there are any other quests that are useful to a pure. Thanks!

The BEST i've seen is 'The Holy [wagon]'(You know what's inplace of wagon =P). I've seen him around PC worlds a lot. Being that he's over 130(i think the last time i saw him) I worship him.

Nope. Barrows is +12. Whilst dragon gauntlets are +15.

I love you. You just brought back my memories of being a level 17(yes i got mem at level 17) noob wandering around the members world. The way you described it is exactly how it went down. just wandering around, looking for a certain city. And coming across a quest, and doing it. I remember i spent most of my time around seers village. And sitting in seer's bank asking to buy a item i needed to finish a quest or something. And i would do that too. Be able to erase my memory of RS(only temporarily though) and make a new account. And just wander around... *Insert dazed look here*
