  1. Ygritte>Gilly>Margaery>Daenerys. It is known.
  2. Chattahoochee, by Alan Jackson. On a country music binge, bring it on.
  3. So with a week off, I've tackled a number of games: Transistor: Someone gifted me this game and he's probably reading this right now, so here we go. Powered through it in a matter of days and I loved every second. Story, mysterious and brilliant, soundtrack, amazing, gameplay, fun. Never hit a point where it got me mad, if I died, I retried and gave it a go with different attacks. Final boss was super sweet and a minor little thing that he could do made me super excited. Better than Bastion, and will definitely find it's way higher up in the replay queue than a lot of other games. Fallout 4: Finally cleaned it up, after starting the final mission on Boxing Day. [hide=Final Mission/Endgame/Whatever spoilers]Kinda disappointed, kinda not? I don't know. I sided with the Railroad, and stand by that decision, but I didn't lie to Shaun, so I buggered my cover and got locked out of the Institute, which mean naturally all I can do is rely on the Minutemen (Brotherhood gets mad after Bunker Hill, plus I never even went and checked out the airship, anyway, Danse was a dick, so I didn't want to go work with him, meanwhile, Deacon was the second best companion, so naturally). I feel like I messed up their story, so I activated a 'Oh you buggered up, uh, here, do it this way so you can actually finish the game' skip, if ya know what I mean. Apparently Tinker Tom, the super smart dude who worked out teleportation can't look through the code to find the radiation vent bizzo that Sturges found within minutes? Okay... But anyway, storming the base and talking with Shaun was great. Explosions are cool. Shaun gave me synth Shaun to raise so that's really nice. Piper loves me even more now that Synths are gone, so that's pretty sweet. I feel like the only thing dirtying my experience was the entry way into the Institute, maybe it's bad writing, maybe I just waited too long and got bitter. I don't know man. Still one of my favourite games from last year. And I probably enjoyed it more than Fallout 3, but New Vegas' spot as my favourite game (Of all time, too, not just Fallout) stands.[/hide] Yakuza 4: As noted above, I impulse bought this. And surprise, surprise, really good move. This is great. Weird, but great. It's pretty much a TV series, with a few breaks to do some stuff around town, mostly fighting dudes and collecting stuff. So much going on within the Yakuza, and until a character change, I had little to do with it. Just so much in this game. I don't know if I'd recommend it, but I definitely enjoy it.
  4. Four pics of Natalie Dormer, and five of Emilia Clarke. Completely biased.
  5. Love Was Still Around, by Billy Talent. I don't know these guys that well, but this is my brother's favourite track of theirs, so it's as good as any place to start.
  6. Impulse bought both Yakuza 4 (It was in a steelbook case, man) and Red Faction: Armageddon (It was buy one, get one free, man) and I'll likely get amongst Yakuza today. I was gonna get into it yesterday but it was 42 degrees yesterday and my poor PS3 wasn't digging it.
  7. Lazarus, by David Bowie. Didn't do a post for Bowie. It's a real shame he's gone, man. Not one of my absolute favourites, but I've always loved him. His last album, Blackstar, is amazing. Definitely check it out.
  8. Zodiac, by God is an Astronaut. Some excellent post-rock to start your day.
  9. Smiley Faces, by Gnarls Barkley. One of the original songs that helped me to get into music. And to this day, remains in my top ten songs of all time.
  10. Drive It Like You Stole It, by the Glitch Mob. You know you love it.
  11. Birth in Reverse, by St. Vincent. Been playing a ton of Rock Band 4 lately and this seems to be my favourite new track I've found on it.
  12. Party Machine, by the Bennies. Another 10/10 Triple J find.
  13. Waking Bliss, by Flight Facilities. Heard it on Triple J while doing some deliveries for work the other day and as soon as I heard it, I exclaimed to myself, 'Yep, this is my new favourite song for the next couple weeks'. And here we are.
  14. Man I miss mid-range NFS games. Underground through to Carbon were such great games. Soundtracks were always 10/10 too. Introduced me to my favourite band and a ton of other favourites. Oh No, by Girl Talk. Such a great mash-up album. I'd love a new one.
  15. Cirice, by Ghost. Great metal track from this year, album was pretty sweet too, though I didn't give it much time, I enjoyed what little I had.
  16. Past two are games I really want to play but I haven't made the jump to buy them, even though they were just/still are on sale. Also add me on Steam if ya have it, Albel. Mama, by Genesis. One of my favourite tracks from another game soundtrack, though GTA IV is a slightly different vibe to your tracks.
  17. Get Up, Punk!, by General Patton Vs. the X-Ecutioners. Pretty interesting album by Mike Patton and some other dudes. Nothing really exciting past this sick track, but yeah.
  18. Music for Chameleons, by Gary Numan. So many great tracks from this dude. Hard to pick a favourite, but Music for Chameleons'd be up there.
  19. And a double post for Lemmy. Keys to the Kingdom, by Motorhead. Bloody amazing band, probably gotta be in my top three of all time, and my favourite song of theirs, also probably in my top ten all-time songs. RIP Lemmy.
  20. Stupid Girl, by Garbage. A classic.
  21. Huh? Jimmy Recard, by Drapht. Some classic, top notch bloody Aussie hip-hop.
  22. Nightmare, by Crooked X. Only fitting to have someone playing it on Rock Band in the background, since that's what I've been playing for the last month or so. Pretty neat track for what it is, and pretty neat to play on drums, nice and cruisy.
  23. Guess what games Justin likes! Waiting Room, by Fugazi. Groovy track and the only track of theirs I know.
  24. Freak of the Week, by Freak Kitchen. 11/10 animation on this video. And 10/10 song to boot.
  25. I've never played a Sonic game or a Zelda game or a Mario game. Well, for any substantial amount of time. I've had maybe 5 minutes total playtime in each of those.
