An investigator position opened up in an office closer to my house that I'm probably qualified for but it would involve me learning a whole new set of statutes and laws and I just don't know if it's worth the headache for an extra $250/month per paycheck. Plus I love working for my current boss. And now with minimum wage getting bumped to $15/he, it might be worth just getting some bogus retail job on weekends instead

Went to the MTG pre release this afternoon using Simmic as my chosen guild. Shut out the first guy using Gruul, went 1-2 against an Orzhov and then finished by shutting out another Orzhov, so over all did well. I played my buddy for fun after who was using Rakdos and went 2-1. Definitely did better than I expected since the last event I went to was in 2012

I applied to a bunch of state jobs before I got the one I have. I applied to job A and by the time they wanted to get me in for an interview, I'd been working at job B for 6 months. And job B took 8 months between me applying and me starting. Shit is sloooow
