Veiva, before I even read your reply post I want you to know I meant no offense to you, I phrased my post poorly and meant to say something more along the lines of I hope things get better for you ans I hope that you are able to progress past your hardship. Now I'll read it.

Your life style perplexes me veiva. Far be it from me to say something as ignorant as why you are in the situation youre in, but I do hope youre doing everything you can to build toward something with more potential for growth and not just stagnating

No way to shortcut all of that or skip most of the reading?If by "short cut" you mean "not do at all" thats what I did. Got a C and was still better than about half the class. To which she thought was a success because "C is average, and thus the class average should be a C" (To be totally fair, it wasnt my only C on my transcript, but i took the class to boost my GPA into the high level of graduation merit only to be met with that fascist [bleep])

But then the only reason I didnt graduate magna [bleep] laude was because of an intro to anthropology class that required 400 pages of reading every 2-3 days. That class sucked. Why call it an intro class if you're gonna require more work than some graduate classes?

I also had a professor like that. "Give me 6 pages on any one of these 7 topics, but I'm only grading 2 of them". Of course I was too clever for that, took the ten point late penalty on each and waited until collection day to find out which 2 i had to write. Got an 80ish on both from writing them just after the class they were due. College isn't always about following the rules, its about prioritizing and learning to get around life obstacles

I fear you mistake my comment. My previous disingenuous formalities came from striking up friendly conversations with girls about topics we would have mutual interest in. I would then hope to hook up with these girls. But I would be often met with "boyfriend" this or that. When being more honest with my intentions I scored more dates. But with less quality of girls is my point. If you seek a long lasting relationship, my point is that you must suffer a rejection or two before finding one. Unrelated; I met my buddy's lady friend he met on tinder. Holy shit shes like a 11/10. I was floored. Guess life's doing good things for him haha

I once openly complained on Facebook about trying to meet girls at college and only being met with "my boyfriend also loves ____" or similar. It's frustrating to say the least, but a female friend of mine from my high school quickly accused me of being disingenuine for only talking to girls with intention to hook up with them, juxtaposed to the girls responding who only wanted to relate to me in some round about way to make a friend. Shocked at myself for being so immature about my goings about - I changed my approach. This lead to dating many a horrible person. But hey, if you want a quality girl; you're gonna have to get rejected by a few first
