Limited variety to choose from really. As far as I know it goes for best defense: Rune large, rune plate, rune legs, rune kite, amulet of defense, green-hide vamps, rune scimmy, cape, and stronghold boots.

Just keep doing what you did to earn that 13M. But if you don't know, then go barrowing, DK, or whatever else floats your boat.
