    Limited variety to choose from really. As far as I know it goes for best defense: Rune large, rune plate, rune legs, rune kite, amulet of defense, green-hide vamps, rune scimmy, cape, and stronghold boots.

    Pain Rapture sounds alright. Just stick to a name you won't regret later.
