if u can do 3 mins for 1 pack of monks and 10 min for 1 pack of sharks i would say go for monkfish if u do 1 pack of monks in 7 min and 1 pack of sharks in 15 mins then sharks are better

So i went to explore the lands of runescape and found the dwarvenmine where u can buy better picaxes. I then decided i didn't want to train 1 skill, but just do what i like :
