A capture-the-flag-game is not a minigame meant to be played for rewards. It is meant to be played for fun. The armour and halos, while they look cool, are not rewards many players want or would invest the time into. Trimmed comp is a massive epeen item, which caused all these problems.

They need to choose between keeping some kind of (significant) trim req or fixing CW (imo, ax the req entirely to get rid of the loafers). I have not seen a solution that combines both.

Yes, I suicided @ kbd wearing tetsu legs, bandos top, arcane (that's around 9k hp), and it killed me and drained my prayer by 700 points in three hits. Prayer drain % got nerfed to half of what it was, and with a roughly 10x life point increase, and assuming your damage recieved/your lp remained about the same, that drains around 5 times faster than before.

Their drain is insane though, it literally drains full prayer in seconds. In addition to what Hedgehog said I'd go as far as saying that spirit shields aren't even worth USING.
