I agree with this. Castle Wars loafers ruin it and there's no clear way to get rid of them, except for removing the incentive to loaf. I believe Castle Wars should be played only for fun, not rewards.

No matter how easy or fun you try to make something, people will always try to cheat it.

these bans had nothing to do with botwatch. These players were posted on hlf and reported multiple times over months and months. And these are not even all of them. One player outright stated he botted 2496 and was going to bot 200m wc at ivy on hlf, and I don't think hes been banned with this group. wasnt this sir fly pig

Of course not, that's just a real life example. I'm curious - why do you feel the need to spend hundreds of hours grinding (or spending money other than membership) when you don't enjoy it? I enjoyed playing on any level, be it in 2007 with 1800 total and a 20m bank or now with maxed total and a 1b+ bank (closer to 2-3b as I've lost a lot of money on crashing gear last year). Some people feel that they have to have the best armour/levels and whatnot in order to enjoy the game, which isn't true. A few dozen hours (let's start slow with one nex item because everyone upgrades one by one) is not 'ridiculous'. Sorry for the language, but your and ginger warriors posts pretty much feel like 'bwaaahh i dont wanna grind x but i dont have y this is unfair!!!' There is no such thing as luck in the long term.

I've been paying prepaid for years (without ever going f2p in between) and I still have the old rate. If you have a credit card auto subbing for you then it buys new when you have a few days left. So in other words if you buy 1yr pack then your autosub will do nothing for a year but start subbing again after. I'm very positive you won't lose your old rate.

The only reason they're doing this is to lure people into buying 1yr membership so players will be tempted to keep playing (it feels like they've wasted their money otherwise) rather than quit.

Pvm wasn't that good without familiars and overloads. You seem to think you just go to a boss and get a drop, but that isn't the case. They're rare drops. You could also nex with armadyl fine.

There's a fine difference between being challenging to get and being nonsensically ridiculous to get. It's obscene that Maxed players have to gamble in order to get level 80 gear. And most of us have settled for the second-best armours(due to a variety of reasons), it doesn't suddenly mean that we should abandon our desires for a more sensible RS. So we have settled for the moment, but on the sidelines we are still advancing the arguments that we shouldn't have to settle. I have nex sets and I never gambled. Sorry that you want everything given to you for free, but that's not how this game works. That you use gwd rather than nex armour is your choice, not your fate. I don't go around IRL complaining about not being able to afford a Ferrari with a part time min wage job. Some things may just be out of reach or not worth the time for you, and you have to accept that.

I killed this boss yesterday :) Use ranged (im not sure of her weakness) I think weapon does matter, she has high defence so dual ccb was much better than duel knives, use highest bow/ammo you can. Abilities do hit her so use them. Fragmentation shot is awesome if it hits. Just keep running from her. Do not let her hit you. Keep 10+ fires up.

Sea singer headband I think :P I don't particularly care for the stats (I have nex sets and don't enjoy combat anymore), so first I'm going for one that looks nice (and i think virtus looks the worst of all nex, so looking into replacing that asap)
