It's better to have a chance to get a few high hits in a row than constant medium.

Boosted magic affects the hits in two ways - first, you have the increased base hit because of your higher magic level, then you also have the damage boost (3% per level) because of boosted magic.

No lol, I do have a level 3 that i referred for the 2x xp bonus (needed a noobie acc for a bug) but I've never subscribed on that account and I have no idea who that aorox person is. He's 2k+ total so I guess it's just glitched.
