That does not change the fact that slaying for money is pointless. Whips and darkbows are the new dragon med and left half shield.

It's not worth your time doing so. Dark bows are 240k. Whips are 700k. Staff of light costs 1.3m (presumably only because you can't camp that). In other words, slaying for slayer drops is pointless

Sly, most people here can live with bad content once in a while. But it gets frustrating when jagex has a streak of stupid updates and uses snakery tactics to get more p2p, while ignoring all of the real problems of the game.

Trollheim teleport looks really useful tbh as if it takes that long to run from trollheim tele spot. You have to do a LOT of livid farm to have it pay off.

Not to sound ignorant or dumb, but if all the constants for both experiments are the same and the only variable that is different is the weapon, what does it matter? If I was on task I would still be getting the 15% using the CR that I would get using the SS. The same would be said for if I replaced a glory and row with a fury and imbued ring. If weapon A hits 400 damage every 4 seconds it's dps is equall to weapon B that hits 200 damage every 2 seconds. However, if you then equip some gear (say, it boosts your hits by 100) then A hits 500 damage/ 4 sec and B hits 300 damage/2 sec. In that case, B is clearly better than A. The same principle applies for rapier vs maul. Good gear favours a rapier more than it does a maul.

What I don't grasp is that they don't just ban those advertisers. Hell, make a script that automatically flags people saying 'selling' 'gold' '10 minutes' and '10m=', and let a minimum wage jmod handle them. I can guarentee you that bans them faster than they can make new accounts. If I'd start playing a new game and saw all those bots disrupting the chat by spam advertising I would instantly quit. Surely that's more effective than this referral fiasco.

But there aren't any so IDK what discussion value this has. At any rate, half an invent of ppots will suffice. But a ppot restores a LOT more prayer points than a brew or a shark does, and an unicorn restores a lot more hitpoints than this ghast familiar (does anyone actually have one already?) will likely do. Prayer pots most likely restore more prayer than summon pots, so restoring the bar with summon pots is useless. Assuming it gives 40 pray/2 minutes, that's 20 pp/mins. A war tort full of ppots carries 4x30x18 = 2160 ppoints. So you have to keep using the ghast for over two hours. With a pack yak (which is likely preferred over ghast becaus e of it's banking ability) it's 3 hours. I can't recall any boss where you can last that long without a healing familiar/food in familiar.. Point being, food is often more important than brews.

I can't see it beating a bob full of ppots. And about quests that require prayer, mep2 is the only one that requires you to pray a lot, but you don't need to fight anything so you can go all out with prayer bonus. You only need a few ppots there.
