  1. In general, that fastest way to level is to be constantly killing. You earn exp according to HitDone*4 and not according to the monster's level. So, if you can find a supply of fast respawning, lower level monsters, then you may be able to slaughter them non-stop for hours and maximize your exp per hour. If they are lower level then they won't hurt you (much) and you won't need to bother stopping for healing food/bank runs. So, you could try the first or second level of the SoS. There are a lot of crowded rooms with good training there. Hope this helps He's got a point with SoS: Also good for iron arrows from minotaurs :D
  2. at your stats, seeing you got nice range, I'd say to range at def-mode.

absolutely right: I'm planning to get rc 99 as first 99stat (or one of the first) it's a good moneymaker at 54 and higher (currently 63rc) and am planning on making lots of laws with balloons and also quick experience on 16.
  4. 1) with your agility: over 34 hours (using abyss is about 1k an hour) 2) 55slayer: can't tell: a long time (lets say 50k an hour is a rather good tempo) 56 agility: is faster than slayer; don't use gnome course: start with the toy mice trick (make a few toy mouse at a crafting table in a playerowned house; go to fally top floor, wind them up, release them, pick back up, gives 15exp (I think) per click) thieving: pickpocket untill you can do stalls, then do stalls until sorcerers garden (once you can use the garden, it's a bit faster), I guess it will take you at least 10 hours (not so sure about it, wild guess)
  5. yes, and like I said: yanille world 132 is the place to be (unofficial fletching guild, always people buying and selling there)
  6. yes, go natcrafting, only 2 more levels I see, isn't really hard to get. (also from level 54 rc, using balloons for laws, the money flows in without real dangers)
  7. Dude, people like you are the reasson good pc worlds are getting bad to fast. Either just work your way untill you got the required cb-level, or get useful by having ancients (I'm currently 92 cb, worked hard for it, can join melee on 90+ worlds, and I can get into 100+ worlds when I have over 1k ice bursts to use) so basicly: make sure you're usefull (being "able" to kill portals on bad worlds isn't good enough: on bad worlds I do 1k+ damage with ancients per game, on good worlds, that's like 200+ when lucky) and if you can't be usefull by either having good enough melee stats, or being able to do lots of damage, don't spoil it for people who do have the requirements.
  8. train slayer until you are 90+ cb or do d treasure, get 62 mage and enough runes for a lot of burst spells.
  9. crow replied to maartys's topic in Help and Advice
teletablets are made in a playerowned house (see the construction guide) You need a study and a lectern for it and runes (or staff also works)+soft clay for the tablets. You can always search for someone whit a better house if you don't want to get construction up to have your own lectern.
  10. yew longs: go to yanille bank, world 132 with at least 1k fletched yew longs, say "swapping yew longs for supplies and cash"
  11. maybe get 70 def for a better armour? Also, try getting 55 slayer, slayer dart is convenient.
  12. Just train runecrafting: I started a new pure mage when I was no member for a short while (stupid bank  ) and got like 22 rc in a little while (a few hours play, also using the runes for getting mage up from 1 to 30)
  13. you can use a wally card, or via pay by cash an ordinary moneytransfer. (I use moneytransfer)
  14. no need for ghost ahoy quest and ectofunctus: just use someone's guilded altar (you have a good chance to find someone who's altar you can use on world 132, yanille)
  15. if you can get in world 2, always people there.
  16. Just wear full monk and bring 2 4doses p potion and you should be ok. wind wave is fine.
  17. Depending on how much time you have: train rc to 44 (if it has to via world16 airs: crafting nats will earn you a lot of cash)
  18. I always use ancient staff (saving the cost of waters isn't really worth it if you see how much the other runes cost)
  19. But once you get the levels for pyramid plunder and have done the contact quest, you better swithc to pp (it's even more quick)
  20. Training rc is always worth it: especially if you get 44 as member, or ven better 54 (that way you can craft laws with balloons, without having to be afraid of the abyss and pk-ers)
  21. I'll sure will I'm getting the chaos runes for some ice bursts (will cast like 500 ice bursts), so that will give us an idea if it's correct. I'll be on pc blowing monsters to get myself a mage, def and maybe even hp level extra. edit: I checked the runescape manual, and they only notice the bolt spells, so I guess it doesn't work for ancients :( edit 2: doesn't seem to work ( I switched to mystic gloves now for the mage bonus)
  22. For ancient magicks, expensive, but fast mage-training at pc, and also has some nice teleports. edit: Fairy tale 1 and starting fairy 2 is also recomandable: that way you can use fairy rings.
  23. Get the thieve level for d treasure and 62 mage, then do d treasure, and pwn some people with smoke burst or higherleveled spells.
  24. Good question. I'm afraid not, but I also don't know (would save me lots of cash getting fast mage exp 8-) ) edit: Do more damage when using chaos rune spells. So I guess you might be right, only one way to find out: next time I go ancient on pc, I'll check it out
  25. Or even better: train your own runecrafting, and it will pay off after a while. (multiple runes per essence really bring in the cash for F2P players)
