if you got some tarromin and have finished shades of morton and darkness upon hallovale (for fast bank) get a lot of ashes, and make serum 207 and use it on afflicted: they give either one of those things: some normal logs (free ashes if you have patience); olive oil; unids (always tarromin->new serum) or vials of water.

I got the same problem. Atm I try switching between killing yaks and making yakhide legs en yak-hair rope

did shilo quest allready, so maybe shilo is easier for me.

1 way: having 85 slayer, a ring of wealth and a lot of luck (+acces to the fairy rings, so you can use the "safe" abyss area)

Or, if you're willing to spend a lot of gc: do the mini-game in the guild, while getting arena tickets from it for rune arrows.

I don't really enjoy fishing, but want to do all quest. Can anyone help me by telling the fastest way to gain those last levels?

I just used a lot of coal: first turn open the valves then put in some coal (3 or 4) then wait till the arrow falls back to the first stand (not laying flat, but 1 time to above; 10 'o clock) and put in 2 coal, let it fall back, again 2 coal that worked for me and if you run out of coal: go mine some in fally and come back: the tar won't disappear
