it depends on your computer ( i assume pc but i am not sure) if you have swift kit , which i asssume you dont, there is a screenshot function if you have a pc there is usually a print screen button some where on the keyboard it can say (prnt scrn) or something to that effect pc laptop i dont know may or may not have a button on a mac it depends on the opperating system. for os 9 and lower there is a tool called grab which is what you want to use for os X the key comand is Command + shift + 3. you can upload the pictures using photobucket, tinypic, and several other websites i hope that answered your question ~~~legoman187~~~
