You're forgetting about the Crystal Saw which adds another +3, so in total you can get it as low as level 66. I got my Construction to level 72 and used the crystal saw for mine. Although sine I got it I've gotten 75 construction anyway.

Go to world 84, I've seen a few level 3s mining there. W84 is packed full of people mining etc so you won't have that much of a problem.

I find using the USB cable for my phone much easier than bluetoothing it to my laptop. Software isn't exactly hard to find on Google. (Unless you're all for legal stuff) This post is pretty useless to what you're asking :P

I've gotten 80-87 WC trying to get a bird egg, @ Mole I can get 20-30 nests an hour easily. The difference being when wcing in every 10 nests u get like 4 rings, 5 seeds and 1 egg (roughly) At mole I'm not sure if you can get eggs as they are special nests, but if you can the chances are like 1 in 200 or so. I've easily gotten 60+ nests from WCing and no eggs

This probably doesn't help, but: I'm using some random $20 USB one and its been working perfectly for like a year now. USB would be easier if you tend to go on different computers, D-Link is pretty good IMO.
