BTW I would scan all the files since they're in a .rar, you never know.

I don't think you can have both enabled at the same time, I have both my monitors plugged into the GPU not 1 in GPU & 1 onboard.

Does Trillian, Pidgin etc all work fine?

Right click and go to screen resolution or something and look for a thing to enable the 2nd monitor

Try going into display properties and enabling the monitor

If it is USB then plug it in if not then you might need to get a audio jack thing to usb converter, if they exist.
