wow 99 range in f2p O.O and 90 hp too..and yes i agree that f2p deserves skillcapes i just think jagex are to lazy to move some npc's around..like 99 range is in archer guild..members location.. i love your stats lol a true tanker you'd own in members. ever thought just perhaps for 1 month if not only to get the cape?
